Overall experience was still great despite some delays which in most part due to factors which the builder have little control of.

This was my fifth home I have bought. KB was hands-down the best experience I’ve had from beginning to the end, I want to think everyone involved for making things so easy.

I love the community ! The whole process was so smooth didnt have no issues with the builder and the constructions manager. If I had something I didn't like they will come fix asap very good communications with the whole team ! Love it !!

The entire purchasing process from the beginning to the end went very smoothly. And they provided relevant services along the way, from loans to escrow closing. And they were excellent in following up at each step of the process. In addition, the house design looks good and modern.

it’s very nice and affordable

Rod, Efren, and Mike were all godsends. There were things that I had trouble with and they fixed or asked me about it faster than I could inform them. When Best Buy refused to bring my washer, dryer and refrigerator inside , they happily helped bring them inside. As a young single woman without many people to help that was a highlight of my move-I’m experience. I was never upset with the builders if things were pushed back because that is part of the process. Overall great experience with the KB team

We loved the attention to details and great customer service every time we interacted with KB Team.

I have only had experience with one other builder in my area and KB Home is just 10 times better. They are responsive and fully staffed to address issues systematically.

My experience with the KB team has been absolutely amazing. It has been the best experience from beginning and to the end with their communication, down to the details of my home. They truly made this a stress free experience. This is my forever home and I am truly in love with my home.

Really satisfied with the result as the builder showed excellent work. Daniel is super responsive and will constantly give you updates on the building process of the new home, which is super nice. He is also patient with any questions during the process, Anthony explains it very well during the walkthrough and is also capable of quickly resolving issues. Very trustworthy people.

I loved the overall experience. Starting with the sales department. Our sales person was amazing. We went to start the process of building our house and it just happened there was already a move in ready house and we fell in love with it. After that our paper work and finalizing the house it was so smooth. Everyone is so nice and understanding and helpful.

This was a great experience from start to finish! After searching for a house, we ran into a KB Homes listing and it was in our our budget. Which we didn’t know or believe we could purchase a brand new build home within our budget. The House is in great condition

Stacy was incredible. If there were ever any issues, she took care of them right away! She is so sweet and knows yer stuff! KB is lucky to have her.
