Be sure you have enough outlets in the laundry room.

The home was beautiful to see on completion. It is the small things that should have been resolved that prevents an excellent experience. Many of the small things weren't big problems, however there are a few things that will need to be addressed and resolved at a planned date.

The experience of building a new home in Vista Point, Austin Tx has been smooth and rewarding. The quality of our home is excellent, the process of picking out options went smoothly and all people connected to this experience have been helpful and professional. Happy Home Owners!

Very easy and simple purchase a home with KBHOME

So far it's been an awesome experience, sales Rep Yovani did an exceptional job answering questions, showing the house, very professional and patient. Scott the Construction Mgr has answered all our questions and respond to all the issues we've had with the house on time and as professional possible. Them 2 have made every step as smooth as possible.

There is always a bit here and a bit there but overall we are satisfied. Also our PM Ray, great guy and very very helpful.

Great customer service, the best.

Most of the process was okay and we are in love with our home, however because we are first-time buyers we had no idea what all of the important questions were or what information we needed to provide. Unfortunately KB wasn't on top of this either and we had to constantly scramble to provide them information last minute or to ask them questions about VERY important time sensitive stuff. If you know that a couple is a first time buyer, stay on top of them and make sure they understand deadlines, small details, and etc.

The personnel were truly helpful. They were genuinely interested in you. They wanted you to be comfortable with your new home purchase.They were cheerful, clear, informative, and very patient. They helped above and beyond expectations. Thank you KB.

Good experience

We are enjoying our new home very much and the KB people who worked with us have been exceptionally friendly, professional and good at their jobs. Nothing is picture perfect in life but the KB people have been magnificent in correcting the little things here and we couldn't be happier.

Love my new KB home

I love KB Homes; this is my second home purchase from them and in the span of 10 years the service and workmanship has significantly changed for the better.

KB homes worked hard to sell the house but once I got into the house I have ID'd a lot of flaws that were identified during the walk through and were not fixed. During acceptance I was told they would get fixed after signing. When I called customer service to correct it I ran into a dead end so i went to the the office where I was told they dont handle issues like that once the house is excepted. I would not reccomend kb homes to anyone.
