Just about the easiest home buying process ever. After a bad experience with a sales rep from DR.H, Alexis stepped up and explained all of our options and kept us updated every week throughout the whole building process. Also J.D. the superintendent worked with us every step of the way to ensure that all the touch ups after the move in were taken care of.

Not bad builders just have to spend a lot of time looking after the craftsmanship.

Overall, my total experience has been exceptional. From my initial time working with the sales team, until the final walk through. From visiting the design center to the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience for someone who is new to home ownership.

The whole process was super easy and seamless thanks to the entire staff at KB Homes. I am extremely grateful and proud to have purchased my home with KB at Aurora Heights.

Everything with them was easy

My home was delivered to me with substantial wear and tear, and KB insists that things are normal and will not fix all problems before closing. Some issues are just impossible to fix after you've moved in. They also seemed to have used low quality materials--I have windows that do not block sound at all, and a super loud ventilation fan system. To make things worse, my KB Home customer service rep is unresponsive, and does not answer email for weeks. This has been a frustrating experience for me.

From the sales team, design center team and construction team - all performed exceptionally. They set realistic expectations and met them. They communicated consistently and were responsive when I reached out to them. The end result was exactly what we asked for and had envisioned.

best part of buying a new home is that you get to pick all upgrades and all other things that you want on your new home.

The hole experience was fantastic, starting with the visit to the different home options and sizes, the lotes and the clubhouse. The design center is the best we have visited and the staff attitude is amazing. They finished the home a month earlier and everything was as promised.

I had an awesome experience with the entire purchase of our new home. The sales team was great in getting us started. The KB studio team was very patient and helpful with great insight into personalizing our home. Then the construction supervisor was very helpful in the process of building our home. Finally the finance department for helping us with the purchase, financial process and closing of our awesome beautiful home.

This was my first KB Home. I was a little skeptical at first but the Sales team and Construction team at KB Homes made me think otherwise. From start to finish the buying process was very streamlined and the construction supervisor provided timely updates. Alma at the Sales Center was wonderful and top of her work. She facilitated the buying process and made it seamless. The Quality of construction is great. There were minor issues but were fixed before handover. A+++
