Very Nice House for good price

I have a long thread of email responses back and forth with the construcmanager, not superintendents, in which I continually pointed out incorrect building of my home. Several issues were sloughed off only to be issues to delay closings. Items pointed out by my private insepcthave yet to be resolved and were pointed out 3 months ago, beforethe first scheduled cloing which the builder missed. The KB lender tried to swindle me out of $17k categorized as points when I received quotes from 2 other lender for zero points and lower interest rates quoted by the KB loan officer. The journey with KB has been a disappointing struggle which started one year ago and still continues to get post walk through items and pre-walk through items resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone was friendly and they built my home exactly how I wanted it!

I would say the highlight of my home buying experience was dealing with your staff of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. They helped me immensely in special ordering the home the way I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile for me in having my home built the way I wanted. They also followed up after I moved in to make sure I was happy with my new home. I would highly recommend the staff I dealt with. They’re great! Job well done!

Hire a third party inspector. AC unit behind master bedroom, is noisy (classic 1675).Toilet water level is very low. Openings in parts of the fence, pets can get out of the yard. Light switches throughout the home are at different levels.

Everything was excellent, I would have liked more amenities in the private room but in general everything was excellent.

KB has beautiful floor plans, I’m really happy with our purchase. Ruth

There should be community pools and gyms

This was my first new home. I’ve owned several home but KB home made the process easy. My salesman Ivan was great and very patient with my numerous trips and tours of the model home I wanted to build

My home buying experience was great. The builder(Robert) kept me informed step-by-step. My first encounter with the seller or KB rep was wonderful. He was thorough and held my hand through the whole process. I was informed about each step in the building process weekly. I am now enjoying my new home.

Everyone I worked with was great, from the sales staff of Walker and Darius to the warranty team of CJ and Mike. They listened to my needs and wants and was able to take care of them.

The loan experience was somewhat rough. I felt like I could not get straight answer from the KB Home loan department. My date kept being pushed out which was a pain. The customer service from the sales, design customer care was fantastic and Chad still keeps in touch.

This was my very first time purchasing a new build and the experience was awesome. The purchasing process was streamlined and easygoing. I was regularly contacted when needed and question were answered very timely. When I was able to get into the home after the process was complete, the quality was amazing and I was able to feel at home.

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. Michelle provided a seamless experience to move into the home and also seems to love her job. Great duo to get in contact with if you have a chance. 10/10 I would recommend. ... More

The overall process was a smooth and seamless experience. Beginning with the day I walked through the door to inquire about a new home till the signing on closing day, everyone was an expertise at their craft. Upon closing, follow up with construction staff, etc has been amazing to address a few minor issues immediately and correctly. Very please with my choice of my KB home.

KB team set a record in closing our home to beat Christmas deadlines. Minor workmanship issues will be tallied and shared at ten-month home inspection. Landscape issues - sod appreciated but poorly installed, yard not graded well. Slow response from HOA on getting backyard shed approved - still waiting!
