Home buying experience was wonderful. We were kept informed of the progress of the house while being built. Everyone involved was very responsive to all inquiries. I would definitely buy another KB Home.

KB makes excellent homes!

My experience with purchasing my home was very good and fast paced, they had the design I wanted and even had upgraded options. The house was already built and ready to move in to and had everything I needed. The final inspection of the house was quick and my final move in was easy. The quality of my new home is excellent and brand new with all modern designs, it’s also a great location near parks and shopping centers. The builders team were very accommodating and fixed any problems I had almost immediately or in a timely manner. Moved to new home a month back, no issues with any plumbing, electricity points. Construction quality seems good. Lot of units are still under construction and that causes some disturbance . HOA is very high for the facilities provided. Play area for children can be made better. Few outdoor exercise equipment provided are of no real use, they could have instead provided a gym or second play area for kids. Or rather reduce HOA.

You turned me down for a loan of 240K. My income is 250k a year and my net worth is 5.5 million. I paid cash for the house. I understand large corporations have rules. They also have no common sense.

Process started off positive. This was our second KB home so had some knowledge of the process and what to expect. As time progressed we were offered design credits and improvements that were told could not be accommodated at the 11th hour due to materials being ordered for the house construction placed by the previous buyer that fell out of the deal. Sales staff was prompt at replies prior to construction, but questions to answers toward completion of the house began to take a few days for a reply. My suggestion would be for sales to be transparent and design and construction to tighten communication so buyers are not promised upgrades that can’t be accommodated. Good first buyer experience

The entire process building with KB was extremely smooth. We love the flexibility of choosing different options, changing floor plans, and adding different features to make our home unique. The only wish we had was better quality flooring/non-carpet options for the base options (carpet is pulling up and going flat after 1 month).

Overall buying a KB Home house has been good, selecting the plot and model was easy. Then came the selections at the home studio, it was ok, there were some selections that they offered and some they did not offer but then when the building process began those items that were offered were taken away with the explanation of "Oh we don't offer that at that location/anymore ect." The items that the home studio said were not available I have seen on several of the other homes, it seems like no one know what was supposed to be offered. Then there were changes made some were beneficial others annoying. The build, you can tell that the builder(s) and contractors rushed through some areas more than others the quality shows and its little simple things. On a daily basis we continue to find things that were not finished or rigged to look finished. Some warranty things have been taken care of however the contractors show up do have the work leave then come out another day do a little work here and there, so you have to take time off work and rearrange your schedule for things that should have been taken care of from the start. Craftsmanship, damaged cabinets, caulking, damaged drywall, damaged wall trim, unfinished garage was agreed on but the drywall was damaged. Planks on the brand new fence were popping off the rails. I spent time and money repairing items in the a brand new house I paid over 330 thousand for. I didnt expect this from a brand new home, maybe I expected more. We are going on 2 months in the house and I cant tell you how many work orders were put in for repairs on top of the work I put in. I also had the sprinkler system break and now I have a 2000 dollar water bill KB is trying to deal with. I just dont know what part of that bill I'm going to be stuck with. It's just stressful to deal, especially with such a busy personal life. There are other things, such as no mailbox setup,etc that just makes me shake my head. ... More

The whole process went smoothly and the attention to detail was great! Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding.

The KB Home staff has been helpful from beginning to home closing. They're attentive and responsive to questions, comments, or issues that come up throughout the process.

The overall buying experience was a positive one. I had never built a house before and didn't really know what to expect. KB led me through the process with no major problems.

Everything’s was great with my build. The sales person and the contractor were by far the people that made my experience great.

Finding my first house with KB Homes was a thrilling process. They were very responsive, they told me exactly what was required, and they provided me with steps to closing my deal.

On original walk through we tagged spot to be repair and six weeks later not resolved.

We were extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of workmanship we experienced with KB Home. Highly recommend them!
