I like everything I have in my new home

Quality of construction best we came across. We looked at many homes ant this was the best. They have promptly fixed all our issues.

I am very happy with the home. Except few minor issues, which already taken care or being taken care by KB Home, we are very pleased with the house.

It is like jumping through hurdles to get someone to tell you what, when and how to repair something. There is so much red tape. You go through many people trying to find out if your issue is even in the pipeline. If your issue is a small fix, the repair is sloppy, causing other damage. Make sure every little thing is fixed and checked prior to closing to avoid these unnecessary headaches. I am still waiting for the new working keys to the front gate. It is a shame, as I like the property.

As a Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years I have dealt with many builders, both custom and tract, and I chose a KB home because of its quality , attention to detail and ease to work with. KB also makes it easy for a seasoned homebuyer or a first time homebuyer as they guide you through the whole process and work with all other facets of the purchase from financing to insurance and final closing. A final note: The service didn't end after the closing. The home itself is beautiful and the contractor staff was very helpful throughout the process.

We were so happy about everything but the finance process. A delay resulted in us having to pay for mortgage insurance; due to our floors being back ordered. Also, our lot price made our closing cost of our home, higher than our home is even worth.

Everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly nice. Unfortunately there was some sloppy work done in a few areas and I’m still waiting for an issue to be fixed almost two months after moving in.

It was an overall smooth experience.

We have had an issue with mail box. It was mislabeled and have gone back and forth between post office and sales office with blame being put on the other. The problem is still not resolved and I haven’t gotten any mail since I moved in 6 weeks ago.

Responsible with regards to issues handled professionally and in some repects went above and beyond in taking care of our needs

We love our new home in Beaumont California. Be home as dunny great job at responding to any of our needs for repairs in a timely manner and done the repairs to our satisfaction completely.

People are nice and helpful.

Workmanship is as a traditional tract home builder. Maybe even sub par against that benchmark and the associated competition. Limited attention to detail. Lower end components for the money; faucets, appliances, toilets, and carpet. Interior painters are terrible. I don't think they know what blue tape is or what it used for. Other than that, the house seems to be solidly built, so far.

Overall a great experience, however like any builder you will need to make sure you are keeping track of everything that is supposed to be a part of your home and checking progress regularly. Our superintendent was great and always reachable. I would purchase from KB again.
