KB Homes is a trusted builder, good quality, good price and good services.

KB uses the cheapest sub contractors possible and it clearly shows in their workmanship. KB employees will try their best to make best of a situation but the work actually being completed during construction is horrendous.

The whole KB team from Lionel in the loan department, to Warren in sales, to Steve and Dalton in construction, worked together to build our final retirement home. Everyone involved made this 9 month journey as rewarding and stress free as possible. Thanks to the entire team for a beautiful and well constructed home we'll enjoy for many years to come.

I love the home.

Could have used better quality fixtures. Also there is lots of overspray on the flooring. It very good at details.

The house is up to our standards. It's perfect for our family. We love it. However, sales person who was "helping" us was deceiving in what she said we would get in incentives. Read the fine print...Don't take any employees word as truth unless it's in writing. Made our first time home buying experience bitter sweet. We went through a lot to get our house, but since we moved in, It has been good. It helped that our lender was outside of KB or we would have not bough our house. Hope others experience is much better than ours was. The house is absolutely great thought!

I love my new house! And the excitement of watching it being built and keeping me updated throughout the building process was wonderful and exciting to see/watch.

Many small issues and couple of big things we found and let the kB know but no one comes to fix it

Love my house and the experience I had. Please don’t make me review this again. I’ve had a great time with the contractors and the sales team was very helpful. I’ve done three of these and have given you rave reviews each time. Please accept it.

Be patient!!

Ask questions even the ones you think are common sense, because when I finally moved in I was shocked that stuff I thought was common and found in almost every apartment was not available. I still haven't unpacked my bathroom because I don't have any where to put my stuff because nobody advised to upgrade to cupboards with drawers. Very frustrating.

We’re so glad we invested in purchasing our first home with KB homes as they accomplish every need in making us feel comfortable and that our home is top tier as it could be. They are friendly and understanding when it comes to little or big fixer uppers. Thank you to the ones who reach out to us to see how we’re doing every so often and the ones who’ve fixed out the problems that occur. Robert has been coming to our home to see what’s going on and has been a total help since then. I can honestly say their standards must be high as they live up to it

All the people we worked with were phenomenal! Jordan was great, Lionel was awesome, and Mario is still following up with me in the house even after the closing, which is amazing!

Thomas, Marcus, Brandon and Rudy were all great from start to finish. We dealt with Thomas the entire eight months we waited for our house. He always answered our questions, went over things multiple times, texted and emailed us as well. He's very knowledgeable and experienced and very trustworthy given he knew our personal situation. Marcus from finance also helped us with our financing options and got us a great rate. He also made time to go over things with us after hours taking away from his personal family time. Brandon was on top of things making sure all the options we had were correct and (Thomas). Although our house took a while, it was absolutely built just like I wanted it. Rudy did our walk thru and was very thorough and answered all our questions. The process for getting approved for a loan is very stressful and time consuming glad it's over.

CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN MOVING IN. THE HOUSE IS WELL DONE, BUT SOME THINGS MAY BE FORGOTTEN BY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CHARGE.

Our home was not clean when we moved in, and there were multiple things that needed repair. There was construction debris thrown on top of our kitchen cabinets, trash in the yard, saw dust coating the backs of all our doors and trim, drywall dust stuck to all the window frames, paint on the floors and the carpet, gobs of caulking dripping out of the window panes and the list goes on and on. We had our house mold tested before drywall was installed, and sure enough, there was mold in half a dozen places on the framing. KB was great about having a reputable company remediate all the mold. KB’s warranty department is great about having stuff fixed in a timely manner. But be warned, it still takes up a lot of your time and is very frustrating to pay this much money for a home and have such shoddy workmanship in so many different areas. KB will do good work but you will have to work for it by keeping a close eye on them and insisting that they do things right and fixing the things that are wrong. ... More

Very disappointed in the sub contractors. Especially the tile/flooring company. Also the painters. We moved in 1-1/2 months ago and we are still waiting on issues to be fixed
