Better quality work in some areas

The whole process was easy and fun! We will definitely do this again when we are looking for a bigger place!

The folks at KB are great to work with. There are a couple corners that they cut to save $$$, but overall good value.

KB builds homes for actual families. They have useful closet spaces and their floor plans make sense. They have livability in mind.

We love our new home

The sales office was great, the design studio was great, the construction manager was great at first but then. I don't even want to get into how terrible my process was and the lack of attention to detail and lack respect as a customer paying nearly 300K for a house and someone blowing off my concerns and acting so nonchalant about things towards the end. If it wasn't for all I put into the house I would have walked away form it all! 3 days after I closed the construction workers ran over my lawn and it took more than a week for me to hear back from the construction manager when I reached out to him about it. That was more than a month ago and I have yet to hear back on when its being fixed. ... More

Last home for retirement.. Lots of room.. Nice area... Everyone involved went out of there way to accomplish this event. I will recommend this for anyone.

I had a wonderful experience buying with KB. My salesman, Guy and superintendent, Tyler were the best. They took care of any questions I had right away. They made this process so smooth and enjoyable. Top notch service!

Sales team was great but I had many issues with my home.

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ... Having purchased homes in the past, our experience with KB Homes, from beginning to end, was very straightforward and everyone we worked with along the way was helpful and professional.

Nadine from sales was attentive with a great and positive attitude the whole entire time !!! Amy from studio was great helping me choosing the colors and the correct items , Adrian contractor maneger was awesome listening to me and answering all my questions and keeping me post throughout the whole building process . Priseyla is the best helping with the whole bank process. Without this five stars awesome team my dream would not come true the way it did , thanks KBHOMES for this awesome team!!! They really make it easier!!!

Best work and pricing !

Every KB home employee that I interacted with was top notch. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure we had and have a great experience, no matter what. The year "bump-to-bumper" warranty on the home is a huge selling point as well, because there are always issues in construction and when you're given the opportunity to find and fix them, it's very reassuring. Shout out to Brandon in sales, Juan at the studio, and Kurt, Josh, and Greg in construction (oh, and Mandy and Nigel in loans!). Thanks all for a great experience!

Not bad. Just be sure about your closing date

KB is quick to force you into the new home before it's ready, then takes forever to resolve issues under warranty. We wait weeks for resolution, as things get pushed back or no one shows up for scheduled repair visits. Extremely dissatisfied with KB currently.

Bud and Jerry were always very quick to address my issues and concerns. They went above and beyond for me and my family even after the house was finished and we moved in.
