The Sales office (Christina) is Great. The Home orientation and warranty guys are real good and responsive. The KBHome Mortgage office is quite inept. They seem to not have their act together to get the information for loan processing in a timely manner. Took 3 months to get this closed!

They kept you informed every step of the way.

From the sales agent to builder and rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. Always one call away to solve any issues and problems.

We love our new home and our community. They offer great floor plans and design options to choose from. KB Home team is outstanding and they have helped us on every step of the process. Buying a house can be a stressful process but we really enjoyed it.

From the beginning to the end everyone from the sales team through to the finance team and then the construction manager were there for any of my concerns about the process of building a house. The contractors were very helpful and respectful of the fact that they were in a home that was being built for someone else and took pride in their work.

I was nervous starting the process but everyone at KB were available and answered all my questions. I think the price is fair for the value of the home, especially compared to others in the area. Overall I am incredibly happy with the experience and thankful for all the help the KB team offered throughout every stage of the process.

It was a bit of a process, but both Janice and Trevor were great and very helpful in dealing with the stresses of purchasing the new home. Highly recommended.

I have no problems with the sales representative and the home buying experience but I do have a problems with the materials/equipment of the house. My family and I just moved in 1st week of February 2025 and we already encountered problems with the dishwasher on our 2nd week and now, our garage door.

Kbhomes dont care about clients issues or try to resolves them. All they want is to close the home.

It was quite easy and speedy. My own challenge was that they had to change loan officer 3 times during my process. After the change I had to resubmit every document which was stressful for me.

Both my husband and I love our new home. When we first went to KB office, we had an understanding staff (Ray) who helped through the whole process. It was a smooth process and did not experience any problems. We were grateful by KB staff, builder (Jerry) and Ray for the support they provided for us. We moved from CA to Sarhuarita, AZ and we are very happy here.

All electricity and water have problems, insects throughout and outside. I tried to contact but they were too late to fix them

We are really happy with the whole process of building and buying with KB. From our sales rep (Andrew) to our builder rep (Brandon) and our lender (Jaime) every single person was responsive and helpful! They really kept us updated often - at least weekly if not more - and were all very personable to work with. We have already told family and friends about our experience. I have built homes with other builders before but never have I had the communication and follow through that I experienced with KB Homes. The schedule was on time. They followed up with one item I wanted during the build process that I expected them to say no more o but they said yes. This was the only time I have had all items from inspection and final walkthrough done prior to me getting my keys. That’s a first!
