We love our home and, after 90 days in it, have found few issues. Can ask for much better than that.

I must say that we were completely happy with our new KB home and how professional the KB team has been. Tonya was exceptional throughout the entire process. KB Home was originally chosen for their prices & community locations. Upon working with KB I experienced answers to any question, constant updates, planned & friendly appointments and professionalism from its representatives. Workmanship needs more attention to detail

The only issue I'm having is the delay in responding to my issues, concerns with warranty dept.

Be sure and hire an inspector before signing.

Due to unforeseen turnover in our development on the construction team we struggled until the current team of Adam and Rusty came aboard. Adam and Rusty saved the day and continue to be top rate with there assistance and support

Everyone I had contact with were very helpful.

I overall had a positive experience. I’m happy with my home, but there have been issues at the end when we moved in. Our Dishwasher didn’t work when we moved in, and it took several phone calls and emails to get at response from the builder. We still have a broken closet door, and a shower that constantly drips. We were sold that KB was good with details, but that hasn’t been our experience. During the construction process though they were great. Great communication, and super helpful. It’s just too bad, we had so many things not working when we moved in.

KB has a reputation of poor workmanship. No surprise this is what we bought.

The house that we bought was a spec home from KB Homes. We were able to choose some of the options for the house that we wanted. Over all we like the way our house came out.
