It was a great experience getting our first home built. The sales office and builder we very responsive and willing to help every step of the way.

FROM SALES TO AFTER-MOVE-IN MAINTENANCE, ALL STAFF/PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE. THEY PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. THEY TRIED TO MAINTAIN GREAT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our experience with purchasing our home with KB Home has been great. Vicky, the sales associate was great. She always took her time, showing us multiple homes and always available to answer any questions that we had. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy. Robert, the construction manager has a great line of communication during the building process, and even after when there were minor issues that needed to be addressed. He responds quickly to emails and even texts and makes a point to take care of the issue ASAP. Definitely recommend buying with KB homes.

Make sure to view ur home and have all work done before move in

All personnel are very professional and accommodating. Lauren made the sales process fun, informative and pleasant. Roxanne simplified the financial side of the process and Jordan makes the entire experience wonderful. You live through every step of the process, from dirt to cinder blocks, to moving in; you will never forget such a wonderful and unique experience.

Take note of all the mistakes and errors during the construction and supervise as much as possible for they are not going to correct this issues unless brought upon to the supervisor and take pictures as evidence.

The houses are great, and they are built with modern energy efficient techniques. This shows in the bills, The builder's customer support is always there to solve any issue. Prices are also affordable.

Overall my wife and I have nothing to great comments in these areas Company is well -run and reaches out to us frequently When called response is outstanding Staff are special people who do a job well done Building Staff is totally knowledgeable in the trade. Executive higher management are peerless as well We love our new home and feel strongly the right decision was made to buy a KB home

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. This was not my fist KB home and we would absolutely recommend KB to potential home buyers. There were a few discrepancies with the build, but when conducting the walk-through, the builder recognized the mistakes and immediately corrected them. We felt included throughout the build process and reassured everything would be the way we designed.

This is my second time to build a home. This is my first time with KB Homes and I would do it all again. I watched the build on a weekly basis. Quality and speed were top notch. My home was finished a month early. The crew worked hard for me to get every detail right and they are still dropping by to check on my home in case I find something. I also financed through KB Homes and got a good promotional interest rate. This part was as smooth as the build. Everyone is focused on service. It is the most amazing thing. Really was a big experience and mi wife and I felt very happy with all process.

It has been over 12 weeks since we purchased the home with 6 solar panels. The sales lady told me she was going to follow up in setting up solar connection and I don’t need to do anything about it. Thus far there is no progress nor any updates despite my repeated asking. This is pretty disappointing and I find KB homes ranking worse than Beazer with regard to Solar operation.

I have enjoyed my purchase of KB homes . Any issues I have they have been addressed and fixed by the contractor Stacy. It’s a very fast growing neighhood and alot going on here. Stacy here everyday and seeing things are done and respect to us residents here.

Buying a new-build home was more frustrating than expected due to poor workmanship, in-perfection painting, and rushed finishes. While the warranty service has been great and responsive, it’s frustrating that so many repairs were needed in the first place. The unfinished landscaping and ongoing construction noise have also been disappointing. If you’re considering a new build, research the builder thoroughly and be prepared for potential quality issues.
