KB Home Reviews

Excellent location with plenty of beautiful floor plan options. Affordable pricing, a terrific sales representative, followed by an outstanding mortgage and ***** experience, saving us money, and excellent support from the project superintendent, and the after move-in support rep. Thanks, KB Home!

We had a great experience with the sales staff here at Winslow Community (*****). Our KB executive that did our loan process was absolutely amazing (Philip). Top notch handling of everything we needed.

We've had a positive experience with KB Home. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although a few walkthrough items remained unfinished, everything was handled well overall. KB Home delivered our home on time, completing it by July as promised. We're happy with the quality, value, and our decision to purchase.

Superintendent does not pay attention. Loan officers are unresponsive. Workmanship and materials are subpar

Local presence with visibility in the community. No overcommitment

We had a great experience with the KB Home team, from the buying process to the move-in. Even after move-in, KB made sure everything was to our satisfaction, working properly and perfect for our new home. We had a truly turn-key experience and found the perfect place to call our own. Thanks, KB!

Heard that Kb was a reputable company and decided to go with them..

Overall good experiences for the first time homebuyer

Very nice people, excellent materials and nice attention to customer details

The experience was great from beginning of the process to completion.

We enjoyed watching our home being built. Everything falling into place and the responsiveness of the construction crew. Also had a great experience with the finance team keeping us updated every step of the way.

Overall homebuying process and quality of our home.

The service and the rapid and professional respond to any issues the house has.

Team was very knowledgeable, made process very smooth with excellent service. My friend also have KB home in another city. House was ready to move in condition

Doug the superintendent and Sylvia ***** my Sales Counselor made my home buying experience the best I could ever ask for. I am very happy with everything and they made it exceptional great job KB Homes I am very happy with my purchase. I will be referring everyone who is looking to buy a home to KB neighborhoods in the future

My overall experience with KB Home has been good. I'm happy with my new home and appreciate the team's help throughout the process. There were several workmanship and finishing details that needed to be corrected after closing, and some items required additional follow-up. I appreciate that the team has continued working with me to address these concerns. I hope more attention can be given to final quality control before the home is delivered to the buyer.

There are issues that do affect the quality of life with the new build. Loose bathroom fixtures, poor weather stripping for exterior doors letting insects come in at night and rust on the driveway. The privacy fence has warping and the boards are already falling off by themselves. The garage walls have poor mudding that connects sheet rock panels which look unsightly especially on a new build! Delays in the completion of the home also impacted me and add to the frustration, especially when you bring these concerns to the builder and they still haven't been addressed.

The team walked us through the fine details of the entire process. All questions were answered and we were always informed through the entire build process.

We had a great experience with our builder throughout the entire homebuying process. The quality of workmanship and materials was excellent, and the team was professional, trustworthy, and helpful from beginning to end. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they responded promptly and worked with us to address them. We are very happy with our new home and appreciate the overall quality and service we received. I would definitely recommend this builder to others.

Good communication and honesty.

Excellent job

So far I am very satisfied with KB related experiences. Top three strengths include responsive staffs, interior designs, and transparency during home buying processes.

It was a great experience buying a home with ***** home.

KBHome is quick to respond to any repairs needed. The flooring could have been better quality but otherwise, we're very satisfied. The HOA Intempus, however, has been very unprofessional. They don't respond to emails, voicemails or answer the phone (the two people who supposedly deal with Platinum View homeowners). I've had to escalate emails to get things done, first by directing my email to their manager, and then to KBHome itself. It's been more than 4 weeks now to get everything fixed with my HOA account, but during the process they disabled my account access, which means I'm back to square one of having to escalate things to their manager to get things done. Simple clerical fixes shouldn't be this hard, and it is extremely unprofessional for the 2 workers not to reply to homeowners. I'm just the first homeowner to deal with them, so I can't image what a cluster**** it would be once all 30 platinum view owners have to deal with these two. My overly extensive time and energy trying to get any response from the HOA or get them to do their job has really soured me on living here, but hopefully when things are finally straightened out, I'll feel better about it. Intempus views KBHome as their real customer, not the homeowners. That's pretty much the essence of it. ... More

We love our new townhome! The entire process was smooth, and the team was helpful and responsive throughout. We're very happy with our new home and overall experience.
