Everything was very well done as of closing. KB then discovered that a leak had been created in a pipe when a subcontractor installed insulation in a wall. KB very quickly addressed the problem, dried the affected area, and replaced some molding, drywall and a bit of carpeting. After a through clean up, KB even compensated us for the time and bother by installing an additional option. I believe how a company and its staff respond to a problem is usually the most important measure of its quality and commitment to its customers.

Recommend KB to everyone specially first time buyers. Extremely smooth purchase. Easier than buying a car. Definitely will be building another home with KB

KB’s support of your transition into your new home did not end with the giving of your new home keys. Excellent support continues after moving in and continues to date. KB change are excellent professionals from building to moving.

In purchasing my home I found the staff at KB homes knowledgeable, patient and kind. Specifically Jason, Scott & Will. They patiently answered my questions, helped me with decisions and went above and beyond to make my home buying experience less stressful. There are others that were helpful but these three men, stand out among the rest for helping me make my home vision come true.

Dawn was the pinnacle of professionalism and checked in proactively each week. The home is beautiful, small issues were fixed before the final walkthrough and I am pleased so far with the performance of this home.
