Nice home for the price

Hello! This is my first experience purchase home. Until now everything is running wonderfully. I wish contienue it. The constructor always is gentle and willing to give you support. Of course I I love it. I wish you the best of luck in your purchase

KB home has a top-notch team in place at the Verano site. Jean works tirelessly getting everything just right for each home being built. We felt that his attention to our home was focused. He always answered questions and fixed little things when we brought them to his attention, as we visited the site a lot while the home was being built. Lizette always helped with our questions and went out of her way to find answers to questions she didn't have ready knowledge of. We felt very much involved with the process of the building of our home.

I was always updated during the home buying process and even after I still had great communication with the representatives.

The KB Staff, sales representative, builder contractor and loan processor were honest, professional and answered all my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with my KB Home construction and have a beautiful home to live in.

Great experience with KB homes from start to finish. The sales person, Victor was very courteous and always kept in contact throughout the building process. The construction supervisor ( Jake) would check in every week with us on items completed and what came next. Even after we had moved in they were still checking up on us. Great builder!!!!

Michelle at KB went above and beyond while we went through the purchase and build process. Being our first new build we had many questions from beginning to end and Michelle guided us through them all. We have recommended KB to friends and family.

Buying any home is stressful. With KB it they are informative and caring. They make sure you are satisfied and if you aren’t they right it. I recommend if you’re looking for a new build, KB is the way to go.

I purchased my home after someone had already attempted to and had added all the upgrades of their choice which coincidentally I liked. What sold me though was the size of the lot it came with. Perfect for starting to grow into and potentially starting a family. Everyone from the builders.and loan office treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish and even though you need to docusign or pull old records to prove your identity and worth(many, many times). There never was a moment that I felt it wasn't going to be my new home. The hardest part was waiting for escrow to give me the green light to move. Buying a KB home was been a wonderful experience. I had some issues but the awesome people at KB were quick to respond and went above and beyond to get things done right. They are a builder you can trust. I love my home!!
