Amber, made it easy and smooth when we check and decide that we want the house. Easy to talk to. Tyler, was an amazing person he’s always responded if we have questions and or problems with our house. The quality of our new home is not that great, our expectations are high for a brand new house, the paints are uneven, the doors were broken also the restrooms need a retouch and lastly the 2nd floor making noise when you’re heading to the master room.

Superintendent, Ian, no question the very BEST in class. Home studio consultant, Dixie - FANTASTIC. Home sales reps: Marshall and Jan B, top notch as well. Stay on top of the KB Loan team amd question everything they do and keep all your correspondence with them...watch out for duplicate requests

We have been in our house for about 3 months and have learned the speed with which they build translates into countless misses. And if you don't get them fixed before you close, good luck getting traction afterward. In 3 short months, we already have failing caulk (they don't fix caulk) an upgraded railing that has a large gap underneath (they won't fix it) and has had to be refinished once and still doesn't look good, subfloor glue all throughout my basement floor that they never removed, crooked drawers in the kitchen, numerous paint mismatches from the numerous "touch ups"that have occurred, and many more. This our second home and our first was with KB Homes. We loved the experience and care we received that we had to buy our second home with KB. They rally treat you like family.

House was 3months late and was dirty didn't clean alot of issues with house paint broken window garage is a mess leaking breaker pooping just bad work all around I was promised to fix garage never fixed it saying they can't.....

The sales team including Ryan was very helpful in giving us truthful information about the community, home, and KB in general. Brooke helped us zero in on our loan and Jorge was the go-to for construction.

My experience with KB home was terrible, aside from those in the design studio, it was a mess of lies and half truths. They were terrible at communicating with us and tried to close us into a house that was not finished. We had to take our issue up to the regional manager to get our house finished. I’m 60% sure they ignored my home inspector report since they never confirmed they fixed anything or we found things in our walkthrough that were pointed by the inspector. I would never recommend building with KB they are a horribly run organization from the sales office to the building. I would be very careful of KB loan as they give predatory loans and try to force people into above market rates using sellers credits ( this is illegal for those who don’t know). Overall choose a different builder you’ll save yourself the headache, time, and worry. ... More

Find out more before buying your own home. I made lots of mistakes and learned the lessons. - I didn't know that my backyard was too small to install a patio. However, no one told me before paying the earnest money. -I didn't even know there was another house being built right in front of my house. - When I needed help, I did not receive it properly and on time. no one was responsible Do your homework before buying a house. check twice

Very helpful every step of the way. Whole experience was easy and relatively painless.

There were issues not accurate represented before or during the final walkthrough. Primarily, there is a significant termite infestation throughout the entire neighborhood. Another issue is the water meter was completely broken and is still not fixed. KBHome never even informed me of this issue, I learned this when the water utility company told me they can't setup an account until it's fixed. With that said, I am still happy with the home. You generally get what you pay for. Important too is that KBHome is significantly better than other production home builders in the area.

There is no clear demarcation between homes which will help to maintain. There were some extra materials in garage during home walk through but later it was taken away. I asked multiple times but no response.

Do not close till ALL issues are resolve. They will do bare minimum once you are in home.

I appreciated all the updates and saw my house built from the ground up. I had the opportunity to design the way that I wanted inside and outside which gave more control over what my house was going to like.

Several times after purchase of my home I was given very beneficial information on the use and features of my house. This is excellent service after the sale.

From our first visit with a sales person through every step forward to moving in and through the warranty experience has been amazing! Each person we have interacted with has been very focused on helping us and doing everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase - and we are!

From the first look at our new home everything was wonderful. The sales staff were helpful and responsive. Steve, the builder took us through the home in detail and has been available for questions even after buying our home. Steve follows up with us on a monthly basis to make sure that all is well. We love our KB home and the entire experience of purchasing our home.
