Natasha, Randy, Tami, Jason ,and Candy make up the "Dream Team" in our homebuying experience. Everyone treated us cordially with their friendliness, knowledge and expertise and responsiveness. There were some issues here and there but they did make the experience wholesome and smooth overall and made sure we were home for the Holidays , as promised. 5 stars all the way.

It was nice working with Loan officer Todd and construction manager Sam including sales person Jim.

Grate KB how is best of the best

It was wonderful working with Marshall on our new home purchase. Ian was very good in going through the warranty process and taking care of any issues promptly.

The builder was great dusty but to be honest find you an outside lender cause kb lenders don’t know how to do there job Anita was terrible worse experience ever she stressed me out daily lied about everything from the start and then other lenders tried to fix her mess and couldn’t felt so bad for the guy trying to help but to many people warned me to get an outside lender I should have listened from the start but my home is beautiful love the open concept but get you an outside lender less stress

It has only been a little over two months since my closing date, and my homebuilder, Tyler, is no longer responding to issues that I've brought to his attention for the past month. The main issue now is the irrigation system. I've paid over $2,000 in water bills for a five week period. In a past phone call, Tyler accepted blame for the issue, and we discussed a reimbursement plan. I have followed through with that plan, and Tyler hasn't responded to my email, texts, or phone call. I'm not willing to accept that loss, so it looks like I'm going to need to contact a lawyer concerning that issue. Further, when I responded to my first KB survey and had issues (mainly a home inspection report that I got after closing that showed problems with the roof), I requested that someone other than Tyler to contact me, and KB simply had Tyler respond to my issues. I'm sure KB won't publish this review without contacting me, so I'd appreciate it if someone higher on the ladder at KB than Tyler will contact me. ... More

If I could go back and wait to purchase a home, I would. My home buying experience was horrible and now that I’ve closed it’s been my biggest regret. There’s been so many issues and bad customer service. I didn’t have this bad gut feeling for nothing. I can’t wait to get over my waiting period to put my house up for sale. I dont even care to lose Im just done with this headache.

Iona, and Arthur and Rodney were 100% great. Ioana took care of me with all the finances and she looked out for my best interest, not KB's. Arthur always responds back when I need help and Rodney explained the building aspect of the home in a way I could understand. All very trustworthy.

Buying our new home was an absolute dream come true, and I can't recommend KB Homes enough! From the initial search to closing, the entire process was smooth and actually enjoyable. The staff were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to answer my many questions. (Ask Jenn, she knows) They truly made us feel like a priority. We're so in love with our new home, and we're so grateful for the amazing team that helped us find it.

If faults are found with code violation and bad workmanship, they tend to brush it under the rug and state that 'THIS IS HOW WE BUILD KB HOMES!"

When you buy a home from K B it is a great overall experience.

I love my new home, but there are things that I wish could be changed. I think going to the design center is too early in the building process. Also, there should be more time between the first and second visit, in case you want to change your mind. Also, there should be more options where it comes to the kitchen design. I am very pleased with all the staff I have dealt with, I have had quick response to all my questions and issues.

Appliances are not working. Build quality is really bad. Even after 2 months closing still lot of issues.

My experience with KB homes since closing on my home has been absolutely terrible. Can't get anything resolved. Workmanship is geeible as things are starting to fall apart 2 months later. I am extremely disappointed

I was getting every update on my home and sales team very responsive. They helped me to get an answer from lenders. After moving, I got all the help after move.

I would never recommend KB to anyone not after the experience I’ve had if things would be done right the first time by KB home builders you wouldn’t have these issues you’re lying to your clients you’re lying to your buyers. You’re doing things that are not correct you’re cutting corners just to save money in the long run. It’s gonna end up costing you more. You are unfair and unethical. Shame on you.
