Overall, we had a good experience with KB Home. The issues we ran into were their attention to detail and execution of the final product. Many things were not followed up on, and left to be finished when we did our walk throughs. Kyle (construction) was the best one to work with, because he actually came back to address everything and is a nice person to work with. Emma in sales is tremendous and I would recommend working with her any time.

From start to finish easiest and most pleasant experience purchasing a home ever. I have purchased 18 homes and never had something went more smoothly and the after purchase support has been amazing.

The process on choosing the options was really smooth. We were always given notification every week on the build. Once finished, the house is impeccable. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone that is looking for a new home.

Needed a home with ADA accommodations. With the help of our sales person, designer, superintendent, realtor, and the awesome work crew, we are now in our beautiful new home. Couldn’t ask for better!!

We built a house in Sanctuary and the home experience so far has been great. Builders always will be there for you. So happy I choose this community.

Everything from going to the grand opening, working with our salesman Brian, then the design center was seamless we lived out of state, but they always worked with our schedules. Once they broke ground both Tyler (construction supervisor) and Brian would send us pictures and updates, it went pretty quickly. they were always available to answer questions even on their days off, we recently closed .Even then they have helped us with letting deliveries being dropped off. Great company everyone has been freindly and professional

From the initial salesman to the closing, not a dud in the bunch. Good people, good product.

Terry was very good in explaining everything during the entire process of our house being built and made sure the house had no issues before we moved in.

Everything is perfect and satisfied

After the closing i found some issues and contacted the warranty service department. Greg was very responsive and he immediately come and check the issues and resolve it. Really appreciated the excellent service.

We were extremely disappointed in our countertop upgrade. We paid a VERY high premium upgrading from granite to quartz. We mentioned our desire for a one piece top. It ended up being 2 pieces with a visible line down the middle. It was never disclosed to us this would happen. We would not have paid to upgrade if so. Especially the design we chose-it ends up being so visible. We would have picked a different design or paid zero extra and kept the granite offered and upgraded ourselves later. In addition, you can see permanent smudge spots all over it, like it had a poor job during the sealant finishing. So it basically always looks smudged. The sun glare hits it so it is very visible. One of the backsplash pieces was cut too short as well, so there is this squishy goo filler used to fill in the space to the top of hood, which is not very premium looking. Another thing, the fridge space was only 35 inches wide, most fridges require at least 36 inches for a decent sized fridge-so we were very limited in our fridge selection (another house in same development had 36inch width). There is also a non-disclosure of a water pump instead of a pressure regulator. The garage door perimeter weather seals do not seal nicely. The outside water gutters blocks the nice tile esthetics of the front entryway-although they were nice enough to help shift it a bit to make it better-but still, the original design choice was odd. ... I was quite disappointed when I was told that I was not going to get any help from KB Homes with the possibility of having a rodent in an interior wall of my new home. Obviously the home was not properly sealed when being constructed to allow rodents to be able to get into the framing and drywall
