Everything was great! Very helpful and the weekly updates kept us excited. It was great seeing the process and the team was great with explaining where they were at and what we could expect to be done during the week. Always answered our questions and everybody was patient while the talked is through the whole process!

We absolutely loved every single person that helped us buy this home. Susana and Philip (and his team) were present, helpful, responsive, and solved every minor problem we had with the home. From day one, we had help with all of our questions. We are very happy with our home. Our only issue was KBHS loans. They were NOT responsive, especially Kevin in particular, I would never want to work with KBHS home loans again. They did give us a lower interest rate. (Which we had to buy down) we would have found a different lender because of all of the communication issues with KBHS loans, but they lock you into a contract where they keep your deposit if you back out. We had a wonderful experience throughout it all. Genesis and Garett always kept us well informed on the process and updating us on our home as it was being built.

The superintendent made walkthrough appointments, followed up, left his phone number for immediate help if needed. A perfect experience, totally recommend KB

The mortgage service was slow, not efficient, and missed communication between the team members. They kept on asking to provide the same documents and not respond to email nor phone call.

From day 1, everyone I had contact with made it an easy and stress free process. Chris walked me through the available homes and floor plans; pointing out the different upgrades in each. Jayson and Myrna guided me through the mortgage process and kept me informed of where I was and what I needed. The construction manager, Patrick has been wonderful throughout this whole thing from pre to post closing; checking up on me and making sure things are getting done or still going well. What I thought was going to be extremely stressful ended up being a smooth and personable experience.

We had a great experience buying our KB home. Kelly in the sakes center has been very responsive and on top of things. George the superintendent did a great job with our punch lists. We really enjoyed working with them. Very happy with our home.
