We absolutely love our new home! Couldn’t be happier with the builders and their subs. Rick was very responsive and sent updates weekly. We definitely would look at getting another KB, if I ever wanted to move again. Which I don’t.

My first home buying journey was made simple and smooth. From the moment I walked in to the office to the moment I got the keys Therese made sure all my questions were answered (Barnie Style haha) and actually had my best interest in mind. Thank you for Therese for being so professional and guiding me through the unenviable stress train that comes with buying a home haha

Overall experience was good. Build quality of the homes are good. Builder can improve to provide more customizations and latest options (modern)

Michelle met us with her beautiful smile. She listened to our wants and needs and then took us to see the type of home we were looking for. The next day we took the plunge. We felt confident in our decision. The site was beautiful. KB offered options to design the house to our liking. Since we lived out of state Michelle sent us weekly updates on the progress. We eventually met with Dustin who walked us through the construction of the house. Now that we have moved in we couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the first encounter with Marc in sales to the loan originator, Stephanie, to the design studio with April, and the building experience with Robert, and now customer service after delivery with Billy, we could not have asked for a better team to join us in our journey in building our home. Great customer service. Had a plumber issue with in a few weeks of moving in. Plumber came out within minutes of making the call and took care of the issue. Plumber noticed that personal bath towel were used to clean the mess and took it and took it upon himself to go to target and buy new bath towels for us.

The KB Home team is great, and they provide a lot more updates than I expected. However, the finish work on the construction was decent to good, but many things were missed that we had to bring up to avoid delays. The customization options are amazing, but I would like to see more sample photos of homes that picked many of the options to choose from as examples. They do not offer good photo examples currently. We had a bad experience with our mortgage originator, who provided conflicting information about closing costs which caused a one week delay during closing. The last thing I’ll say is that the backyards need to be smoothed out and actually checked for nails, screws and other supplies left behind by the construction crews because our backyard was LITTERED with this stuff, which could have injured one of our dogs during the first couple of weeks we were there. But, KB was very responsive when asked to fix these issues since they are still building homes in the area and they deserve come credit for that. ... More

The process was pretty simple and the timeline that was provided for our new bill to be finished was accurate. The sales office was always accommodating and welcoming, and honest about different questions we had including upgrades. Once the final walk-through was complete and we moved in, that’s when he realize the quality of work and craftsmanship left much to be desired. Overall, we felt slightly disappointed after moving into our new home. However, these are usually single-family starter homes so somewhat to be expected.

I will tell everyone to chose KB for homebuying.

The build and workmanship is awful. Since we moved to our new house, people from different companies are in and out from our home to do repairs. I guess, i should have taken a house from Lennar!

The overall process was great, Kirin & Mark provided professional and sincere answers to our questions w/weekly updates. Lisa and Roxanna were wonderful throughout the finance journey. Tanya has been amazing and timely to address any post closing concerns we've encountered.

We love our new home. Beautifully designed and complemented with amazing features. We would recommend KB homes to future home buyers.The property mgt team was excellent before and after move in which was helpful. We truly appreciate our home purchase and enjoyed the process. Thanks to sales rep Kim and both mgt members Daniel and AJ.

Overall great experience for first time home buyer

Horrible sales experience with Kelly. Constant miscommunication with superintendent Daniel. Major issues with home finish interior & exterior. Sewer backup with 2 weeks of move in 3 calls to customer service and had to call our own plumber. Island counter top broken at install, major drywall issues, garbage disposal outlet not hooked up, dryer outlet not working, block wall damage. Tub & shower damage. Stucco damage. Sewer clean out in garage above grade and trip hazard. Customer service reps entering backyard without permission or consent with dog on premises. KB customer service rep has been at home every week since we moved in 1 1/2 months ago for repairs, with still ongoing issues not resolved. Have to move out of home for 5 days for repairs on ceiling drywall that delayed us getting our keys 5 days after close of escrow, but was not completed as superintendent stated it would be. I did not have a good 9 months experience with the house. A lot of delays, people not keeping their word and worst off I couldn’t live in my house due to plumbing issue. No one addresses my concern until 3 days after we called the emergency service line 5 times and worse part kb told me they would do my backyard landscape to make up the damages. Also kb does not take ownership of their mistakes and brush it off like they don’t care about the home buyer

Buyer beware…Do not buy a KB Home. They are kings of bait and switch tactics. The property was a mess. The house was filthy as if someone already lived in our brand new home. Plumbing issues and scratched windows from day one. Dealing with KB’s customer service has been worthless and I am pretty sure everyone in my neighborhood feels the same way!

The sales representative and every one else were great! Great communication and easy process all the way. Only took 2 months to move into my new home upon house completion. Very friendly staff.

Sales, design, and construction experience was simple and efficient. Follow up after closing was excellent. No complaints.
