I had a great experience with KB Homes. It was a well guided process from our first signature as intent to purchase all the way to closing. They are also great with following up with their customer satisfaction department. I had my purchased home undergo independently inspected by third party and was given over all great reviews on the quality of materials and very few points to repair, which were addressed efficiently. KB Homes has earned my recommendation.

KB Home is not a custom builder, but does offer a great selection of options at a price point that many can afford. Very nice open floor plans and great looking communities.

Always ask question. They will be there every step of the way.

Outstanding experience with KB Home Team for new home build (1455 sq ft) from site selection (just a dirt lot) through build complete ready move-in (8 months). The design studio (customizations and/or add-ons, in my case, patio, 9' ceilings, electric car charger pre-wire, ceiling lights & pre-wire ceiling fans every room, 7 in 1 surround pre-wired, custom kitchen cabinets & tile, bathroom appliances & customization to shower & tub, carpet, stair railings, bedroom to loft conversion, appliances microwave with air fryer & convection oven built in, wash/dry, oven with air fry, keypad door lock) is the best attribute. You can see them all before you lock in. After move in, some minor issues with appliances resolved same or next day. Throughout cycle, constant (weekly photo updates) on home build process. How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? My Overall Impression of buying a home with KB is exceptional. I can't express in words the gratitude I have for each one of the professionals who were a part in mine and my family's journey of buying a home. From the initial experience of looking at models and seeing that KB was the one for us, to the very last minute of receiving our keys and walking into our new home, the total experience was incredible. It was mine and my spouses first time buying a home, therefore we had a million questions, concerns and inquiries never once did we feel that our concerns were never acknowledged. EVERY-TIME we had a question the person for the task was always available and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions professionally, accurately, and empathetic. I can honestly say that I am incredibly grateful to have picked KB for this entire experience. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? In minimal words I would describe the quality of my new home as valuable and expensive. The quality surpassed my expectations. My only complaint would be that unfortunately in the spaces inside Home where the builders call "wet spaces" it is the only areas that are painted in semi-gloss. The entire rest of the house is painted in flat paint which is incredibly easy to get dirty, any little smear of a finger print is noticeable and extremely hard to clean. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? The over all experience with the builder team was a good one, the time frame they gave to me was accurate. My family and I were able to plan our move timely and accordingly which was great due to the process I'd waiting for a new home to be build from floor up. I thought it was especially exceptional that we received weekly and monthly updates. Pictures and positive thoughts. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? KB is nothing more than the best. They make you feel like family and they show how much they care about you and your entire experience in home buying, that to me is priceless. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience of our home purchase. The pandamic threw us some unexpected surprises but at the end we were able to purchase our home and are very happy with with. The personnel that we encountered throughout our journey were excellent people that cared and paid attention to our concerns. Our greatest gratitude for Jennifer and Mark for a job well done.

We moved from Michigan to Colorado while our house was in the very early stages of construction. Our salesman and the two construction superintendents were helpful and accommodating during the build process. For obvious safety reasons, we followed guidelines regarding visitations to our home construction site carefully while making a frequent number of visits during the construction period. This had nothing to do with any trust concerns regarding kb Home. It was the way I was raised by parents and grandparents imparting to me how best to ensure a successful outcome wether the building project has residential or commercial. This build was for our “age in place” primary residence, We were very particular about the final product being what we expected. While virtually all building construction, especially residential homes, have a followup “punch list” of last things to complete even after possession, the kb Home process is extremely thorough! Good home buying experience overall

What an easy home buying experience! Laura and Jeff were an amazing team who took care of us. I love my KB home!

The process from selecting a lot, to design to close was a seamless and easy but rewarding process. We were kept up to date throughout the construction and loan process. We are very pleased with our new KB home and I would recommend anyone looking for a newly built home, to find KB neighborhood near them.

The sales team and construction team were always very helpful and patient throughout the process. They did the best they could. Post move in has been a somewhat difference experience. I am not getting any help from warranty on my breaker and range tripping. It’s not solely an appliance problem. The required GFCI breakers are not compatible with the basic range I purchased for my home. I think quality assurance fell through there. A propose solution would be to request a city ex emotion to change the breakers or provide us with ranges that are compatible with the breaker. I can not turn on my oven without the power going out. ... More

Being first-time home builders (not buyers), we were impressed with the amount of say we had when it came to customizing our home compared to other builders in the area. Throughout the entire process, KB was upfront about price, timeline, potential delays, and overall what to expect. We didn't feel like just another contract to them, but that was largely due to the fantastic sales team we worked with, specifically Julie B.. Her initial greeting was warm and welcoming, no pressure to buy, and answered any and all of our MANY questions that we had along the way. She was available any time and was our advocate when we needed her. Without her, we wouldn't have purchased a home through KB. When Julie wasn't in the office, her counterpart Michelle K. was equally as welcoming and warm, and helped us build the home of our dreams. Thomas Z. was our super and also without him, we would not have been as satisfied with how things turned out. Construction Manager Brian was excellent. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Logan was also great with warranty issues and Elaine was very helpful with Sales and design issues.
