Overall the process of buying the house was smooth, material in the house are better than other builders. We love ours house.

Everything is perfect and satisfied

After the closing i found some issues and contacted the warranty service department. Greg was very responsive and he immediately come and check the issues and resolve it. Really appreciated the excellent service.

We were extremely disappointed in our countertop upgrade. We paid a VERY high premium upgrading from granite to quartz. We mentioned our desire for a one piece top. It ended up being 2 pieces with a visible line down the middle. It was never disclosed to us this would happen. We would not have paid to upgrade if so. Especially the design we chose-it ends up being so visible. We would have picked a different design or paid zero extra and kept the granite offered and upgraded ourselves later. In addition, you can see permanent smudge spots all over it, like it had a poor job during the sealant finishing. So it basically always looks smudged. The sun glare hits it so it is very visible. One of the backsplash pieces was cut too short as well, so there is this squishy goo filler used to fill in the space to the top of hood, which is not very premium looking. Another thing, the fridge space was only 35 inches wide, most fridges require at least 36 inches for a decent sized fridge-so we were very limited in our fridge selection (another house in same development had 36inch width). There is also a non-disclosure of a water pump instead of a pressure regulator. The garage door perimeter weather seals do not seal nicely. The outside water gutters blocks the nice tile esthetics of the front entryway-although they were nice enough to help shift it a bit to make it better-but still, the original design choice was odd. ... All the help we received from viewing the house, getting the loan, to moving in was excellent

Everything moved along with ease and it was truly because of the helpful staff. I recommend KB homes to home buyers.

Everything was simply amazing. I started the process knowing nothing about home buying. I feel confident that they helped me with everything I needed to know before I even started the process. The quality of the home is amazing as well.

I was quite disappointed when I was told that I was not going to get any help from KB Homes with the possibility of having a rodent in an interior wall of my new home. Obviously the home was not properly sealed when being constructed to allow rodents to be able to get into the framing and drywall

It was quiet around and used good products, and Kbhome employees are friendly. They provide good service right away.

The overall experience was smooth and fast. Everyone was and still is very accommodating. I am very happy that we choose KB homes.

5 Different closing dates.Not a good experience.

Not a great experience. So many issues with the construction. The subcontractors were terrible. This house has been one gigantic punch list. I have had to hire my own people to fix issues because I do not trust the subcontractors who would have to come back and fix their poor workmanship in the first place.

My experience with KB Home was very positive. They communicated clearly, respected my preferences, and managed timelines well. The build quality exceeded my expectations, and they handled any delays professionally. I’m grateful to KB Home for making this process smooth and delivering a home to me.

First, your team at Falling Waters have done an excellent job all during our buying process. Jose, Jerry, Laura, Jeff, Tod and Nolan all are commendable and very on top of every process. Jeff has came in and fixed our bathroom sink several times. I would and have strongly recommended KB homes to several folks. Thank You all for the attention to detail and quality of your teams expertise. Our last home we bought it new pre-built and lived there for 37yrs because of the quality of that builder we are as pleased if not more so with the quality for this home and your team.

Very happy with the floor plan we chose in Whiteview Village & the upgrades available at the Design center let us personalize our home exactly as we wanted!
