First-time homebuyer...this was our family big step, and I’m grateful that our experience was as smooth as it was. From the beginning, I felt supported and informed, which made the process much less overwhelming than I expected.

From sales to the loan officer, they were all great

Both my husband and I love our new home. When we first went to KB office, we had an understanding staff (Ray) who helped through the whole process. It was a smooth process and did not experience any problems. We were grateful by KB staff, builder (Jerry) and Ray for the support they provided for us. We moved from CA to Sarhuarita, AZ and we are very happy here.

We are really happy with the whole process of building and buying with KB. From our sales rep (Andrew) to our builder rep (Brandon) and our lender (Jaime) every single person was responsive and helpful! They really kept us updated often - at least weekly if not more - and were all very personable to work with. We have already told family and friends about our experience. I have built homes with other builders before but never have I had the communication and follow through that I experienced with KB Homes. The schedule was on time. They followed up with one item I wanted during the build process that I expected them to say no more o but they said yes. This was the only time I have had all items from inspection and final walkthrough done prior to me getting my keys. That’s a first!

Our experience with purchasing our home with KB Home has been great. Vicky, the sales associate was great. She always took her time, showing us multiple homes and always available to answer any questions that we had. We never felt rushed or pushed to buy. Robert, the construction manager has a great line of communication during the building process, and even after when there were minor issues that needed to be addressed. He responds quickly to emails and even texts and makes a point to take care of the issue ASAP. Definitely recommend buying with KB homes.

All personnel are very professional and accommodating. Lauren made the sales process fun, informative and pleasant. Roxanne simplified the financial side of the process and Jordan makes the entire experience wonderful. You live through every step of the process, from dirt to cinder blocks, to moving in; you will never forget such a wonderful and unique experience.

The houses are great, and they are built with modern energy efficient techniques. This shows in the bills, The builder's customer support is always there to solve any issue. Prices are also affordable.

Overall my wife and I have nothing to great comments in these areas Company is well -run and reaches out to us frequently When called response is outstanding Staff are special people who do a job well done Building Staff is totally knowledgeable in the trade. Executive higher management are peerless as well We love our new home and feel strongly the right decision was made to buy a KB home

This is my second time to build a home. This is my first time with KB Homes and I would do it all again. I watched the build on a weekly basis. Quality and speed were top notch. My home was finished a month early. The crew worked hard for me to get every detail right and they are still dropping by to check on my home in case I find something. I also financed through KB Homes and got a good promotional interest rate. This part was as smooth as the build. Everyone is focused on service. It is the most amazing thing. From choosing the Lot, Home, Upgrades, Loan, Insurance, Customer Service, Security,( Mr. Chris ).......The Construction Workers, Everything was Perfect!!!
