Hello, it was a pleasure working with our Kb agent and loan officer. They made everything so easy for us and it was a really smooth process. I would definitely purchase another home in the near future. Customer service agents were also helpful and really nice. Thank you everyone.

I have had issues with KB homes every steps of the home buying process. From the sales agent ignoring us after signing, To the builder not showing up to a meeting he scheduled, and the morgage rep lying about the change in morgage rate, and purposely excluding my realtor from all communication with them, changing the closing date without my input, and in the last week before closing they changed the paperwork and shorted me multiple thousands of dollars of promised credits and lastly they have failed to pay for the home insurance (that is through kb homes) that i pay for with my morgage (which is also through KB homes) to keep my home (made my KB homes) and the home insurance is needed to keep my morgage. Throughout all of this KB homes has addressed these problems and have often fixed them and given discounts or benefits after screwing up or being caught trying to cheat you. At the end of the day you will probably get a good deal, if you go through them but I have serious trust issues any time they start to make a promise. ... More

My wife & I saw plenty of places in Orange County, all of them were new builds. What stood out with KB homes was the construction standards and attention to how people will use the space. Especially when square footage is at a premium in SoCal. Recommend folks stop by and take a look before making your decision. Hard to see the details online.

Experience was ok. It is a pain getting the different trades out to fix issues. The painters were suppose to show numerous times and never communicated that they weren’t coming. The irrigation system has been down for weeks with no sign of correction. My grass was starting to die before all the of rain started.

We had an amazing experience with the KB Homes team, and we’re so grateful for everyone who helped make our dream home a reality. While our home was being built—and even while we were out of the country—he went the extra mile by sending us progress photos and updates, which meant so much to us. She helped us choose the best materials and finishes that fit our budget without compromising quality or style, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Rodney did a thorough job inspecting the home and making sure everything was in great condition, addressing repairs with care and attention to detail. And when we returned from out of the country, Brandy stepped in and helped us resolve a few minor issues quickly and efficiently, which gave us so much peace of mind. We recently purchased a new townhome from KB Homes and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The community itself is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out, with an attractive design that gives the neighborhood a welcoming and comfortable feel. The placement of the townhomes, green spaces, and overall flow of the community make it feel both spacious and connected. The team at KB Homes was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and willing to answer questions and guide us every step of the way. Their customer service made what can often be a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable. We are also very happy with the amenities and features included in the townhouse. Home buying experience was alright but the quality of workmanship is average or below average

Working with KB Home was overall a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The team kept me updated weekly throughout the entire process, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was that my home stayed ahead of schedule, and any small issues or touch-ups I noticed were repaired promptly without hassle. I also liked that I was able to customize the home mostly to my liking, which helped it feel more personal and tailored to my style. My only disappointment was the limited design options in certain areas. I wish there had been more colorful paint choices available, and I was disappointed that one of my ceiling fans only came in white while the rest of my home fixtures are black. From the moment I walked into the sales office to the day I received my keys (and even through the transition into the home), everything exceeded my expectations. KB Homes truly delivered on quality, value, and customer service, making this one of the smoothest and most enjoyable home-buying experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out most was working with John, who was instrumental throughout the build and move-in. John was incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and made the whole transition seamless. We were going to buy from another builder but they had some shady actions so we came to KB. From the moment we walked in to view houses to signing day someone from KB was always there. They made it so easy to trust and not look anywhere else.

We were completely satisfied with the entire process, constant updates on the progress along the way.

Beautiful home from the looks but luckily I got it inspected right before closing and it was many things not done or completed after being told it was completed. I have electrical issues I have water leaking from the vents in the downstairs bathroom I have leaking water from upstairs bathroom . The front door isn’t sealed properly at the bottom bugs can come right in. The second floor . You can hear everything every step someone takes . Not what I expected for almost a half a million dollar home.

Would not recommend. Issues all throughout the process and after. Quality is low.

My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with KB Homes and Kevin. My wife and I really enjoyed the walk through of our new home and wanted to thank Kevin for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. Kevin always reassures me that he would correct an issue or concern I had and made it a better experience.

It was an excellent service

Both this guys are super friendly. Every week during the building process they contacted me and asked if I had any questions about the house. Juan updated me on the progress of the house. After home was completed I had a few things that needed to be fixed and Anthony and Juan responded very quickly and completed the work instantly. I give Juan and Anthony five stars and ten out of ten. Great job guys!

The team made the overwhelming process of buying a home dare I say easy? Shomari was there to answer all loan questions no matter how silly. Jeff and Will were there to provide updates all along the way. The quality is great and our inspector was shocked at how good everything was built. Overall great process
