As a first time homebuyers we did face alot of issues but Thomas and Daniel was always there to help us out ! I really appreciate them both

I really appreciated the attention that Jill and Robert provided. I do find it odd that we had to reach out to the HOA for our mail keys and they weren't provided with the house. Very inconvenient having to pick them up or even have them mailed.

My wife and I had a great first home buying experience with KB homes. Valerie was friendly and informative, when we were closing Dave and Jim made us feel confident in our home.

We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.

I am now into my 1st month in Orchard Park, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The grounds are kept up on point almost every week. The neighbors are so friendly and kind I never miss a wave of a hand from anyone in Orchard Park. I can honestly say without NO Doubt I will remain here for years to come.
