Very well constructed home. Beautifully built and quality materials used.

The drywall, paint, landscapers, and tile/flooring companies are NO GOOD!! Plumbers & electrical are exceptional! AC company is ok. Brand new build my roof is already leaking due to the ridiculous open vents on roof. Do not allow them to put these open vents on your roof. Every time there is wind and rain you will see water leaking from your ceiling inside your home!! BEWARE!!

Lack of understanding the buyer

BIll has gone above and beyond to ensure me getting my current lot. He's always kind and patient with all my questions and continues to help even after the sales with multiple issues, getting them directed to the right person. Manny has also make the post-sale home service so easy. He is very responsive and really make sure I am taking care of. The closing date was delayed, Water heater issue is currently being resolved. other then that I am very happy with my experience.

We love the home and were desperate to find a place to call home fast and KB helped us do that.

We had to move out of our previous rental within a short period of time, and KB Homes was able to help us go through the home buying process in a timely manner which helped our move to be seamless. The construction manager, Dennis, was very helpful in working to make sure we were satisfied with our new home. We highly recommend KB Homes!

I did have a few issues like the irrigation system not working from the start and needing a new valve. Also, the shower in the guest bedroom started leaking and it seemed to have been missing a part. However, all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Thank you

Good service and very attentive

My journey went smooth , The whole team were supportive and responsive at every step, The sales agent was amazing who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, The only thing I would say is that quality needs to beimproved a bit but still it's not that bad but can be improved, Remaining the whole journey as a first time home buyer was very positive.

I have everything I want in a home and KB helped me realize my dream. My contractor, Chad has continued to help me with any issues I have even after I moved in. I wouldn't change a thing.

Excelent attention, very good cominication and friendly enviroment

Made me pay my upgrades before house closing at design studio after I was already locked into a contract with an earnest deposit. I think kb could’ve done a better job at making that clear ahead of signing contract. Typically including on my prior kb purchase if your purchase amount is higher than your prequal you come in with the difference at closing not before closing on your home. Also, Has a lot of issues with minor things that were not addressed promptly and still waiting on certain things to be addressed in the home.

KB needs to improve pre contracting briefs for perspective clients concerning the loan process (impacts because of fannie mae and freddie mac requirements). Sub contractors neee to take their time and build a quality product, clean up job sites and no alcohol should be permitted on job sites. Our home had many flaws that required correction prior to closing.
