Buyer beware…Do not buy a KB Home. They are kings of bait and switch tactics. The property was a mess. The house was filthy as if someone already lived in our brand new home. Plumbing issues and scratched windows from day one. Dealing with KB’s customer service has been worthless and I am pretty sure everyone in my neighborhood feels the same way!

The sales representative and every one else were great! Great communication and easy process all the way. Only took 2 months to move into my new home upon house completion. Very friendly staff.

Sales, design, and construction experience was simple and efficient. Follow up after closing was excellent. No complaints.

Buying our first home was an exhilarating journey. From start to finish, our real estate agent was incredibly supportive, guiding us through every step. The online tools made it easy to compare properties, and we finally found a charming bungalow that ticked all our boxes. The mortgage process was a bit daunting, but our lender explained everything clearly. Overall, we felt well-informed and confident in our decision. Also love KBhomes

As first-time KB home buyers, we did not know what to expect. But our sales consultant was great, she made some excellent recommendations based on our needs. The home was built in record time and the construction team was very attentive and followed up constantly. The house is beautiful and the floor plan is really great.

Jimmy, Josh, Mary Ann and Curtis were fabulous to work with. They were professional, kind, caring and wanted us to be completely satisfied in all aspects of the home buying experience. Kudos to KB, we are excited and love our new home!

Richard, the superintendent of the KB homes at Panther Creek is a great guy if any issue he gets on it right away. Rob was my real estate agent great personality very patient.

From day one with Tim, thru multiple meetings with Eric, who assisted us beyond anything we could have asked for to Terry with the build and meetings, we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Things happened after we moved in 2 weeks. 1. My garage floor concrete is cracking. 2. The sides of the windows have cracked. 3. The sprinkler system is running irregularly. I have reported these issues to customer service but nothing has been resolved.

1. Make sure you look at the model / plan before purchase. This detached home come with neighborhood's air-condition sit inside your back yard and the air blow into your living room sidedoor when the AC is on. 2. They do an unnecessary plant/tree on the sideway to backyard where a paveway is needed instead for trash can to pull into backyard. Because of the plant/tree, there is $200 cost to submit to HOA for review just to remove the plant/tree and add out of pocket to add paveway. 3. Don't sign any closing document until they fix all the issues during walkthrough. Also, make sure it is all clean. I just realized how dusty the cabinet, closet, and floor is until I move it. The window is dirty from the paint as well. Overall, it is not a good experience especially for new home where you expect everything is good when you move it. ... More

Sales and design ppl were great. However, construction manager T was not on top of ensuring house was built to standard. Many times he ensured me home was ready for my inspector, though it wasn't ( utilities off, major fixes needed, etc.) I had to put off closing many times cause of this. When I did close their were still issues needing repair. Building manager rushed me to sign ppwk so I could close, ensuring me the items would be fixed that same day. They weren't. It took almost a month for all things to get fixed, with me having to take many days off from work. Moral of the story, don't close until everything is to your satisfaction, as any repairs will take weeks to complete. ... More

Our experience has been a nightmare. There is not enough room in this space to properly explain all of the problems we've incurred. Pushing sales people, uncooperative staff, mismanaged build, delays, delays, delays, inspections not passed, poor trades work, very poor and upon moving in after two months work still needs to be completed. Newest development is finding possible mold in our attic and having to WAIT for the warranty department to get back with us. In the meantime, we are living in a house that may or may not be safe to live in. I will guarantee you that no one at KB Homes lives in one of the houses they've built because they make enough money to buy something with quality and good workmanship. KB Homes has sent me 10 emails asking me to complete this survey and also numerous texts asking the same. Feels a bit like harassment. KB Homes wants us to have patience and understanding while we wait for their warranty department to get back with us. That is long gone now. This review is more of a warning to those considering buying a home from KB Homes....RUN!!! ... More

We love many things about the home. It is very efficient with energy and water and is very easy to clean and maintain.

We are happy and satisfied with our new KB Home! Any issue/concerns have been taken cared of by our costumer service officer (Kevin Kelley) immediately!

Do a solid walk through, once you do, the builder is very accommodating with fixing anything you’ve noticed.
