Excellent customer service and quality

KB was very helpful and supportive throughout the home buying process.

Buying a home will be stressful no matter how you do it ( unless you just have the cash laying around I suppose). BUT. the Loan Team and The Building Team ( as they are who we work with the most throughout this process) have been Godsends. I could not be more grateful for the patience and customer service they have shown and provided. My family and I have felt nothing but blessed since moving into this house and we are so thankful and impressed.

The moving in process and getting settled with KB! The building manager (Roger) was so helpful and kind when it came to our walk through and understanding my new home. Everything was handled with care and I felt that KB looked out for keeping my new home looking great.

Hello my name is Julio and I have a great experience with KB homes so happy with everything.

Everything has been great so far however we’ve been promised a pool by Memorial Day which takes 8 months start to finish. Upon buying around July for closing in August they were suppose to be breaking ground. Nothing had been even remotely close to breaking ground and we’ve been provided no update in site or no transparency about it. The pool community was a huge drive for why we chose this development with three children.

Great response. Efren ands Rod are alway on top of any situation.

When we got the home we love it. We were so anxious to move in that we agreed to let some things to get done after. It’s been over a month, almost two and we keep asking when things will get completed. We see that almost all the houses in the neighborhood have been sold and we are afraid that it will never get completed. I have spoken with the persons in charge and they keep telling me, tomorrow or this week but it’s not getting done. I want to elevate my concerns, not complains to higher up, but not sure if I should keep waiting a bit more, I’ll give them till the first few days of October to see if things get done, if not, I will have to do it. If you decide to build with KB do not under any circumstances move in until EVERYTHING is complete, no matter how tiny. Give yourself some wiggle room before you have to be out of your current home and into your new home so issues can be taken care of before you close. Please compare the workmanship of other home builders with whomever you decide to build with.

Everything was good until we closed. Now there's minimal response to issues. Repaired a window and they said they would come back out to do the paint. Been waiting on paint for over a month. Still no word on when the people are coming to paint the window that they did repairs on. Oven quit working less than 2 months in the house. The number left to me for warranty repairs isn't valid anymore. Just like most other companies they'll do what it takes until the sale closes then you're on your own.

I had a positive experience with KB. They were very responsive when I had questions and got back to me quickly. After I moved in, if any issues or concerns arose, it was easy to reach out, get the help I needed. All staff were friendly and answered my questions.

Delayed closing date, so I had to close it quickly without inspecting a house thoroughly. There were a lot of flaws that a 3rd party inspector couldn’t see. Moreover, No follow-up care after closing.
