We have great experience buying our home with KB homes. From day one, Vicky was very informative and answered all of our questions, she sends us pictures every week. Not only Vicky was very helpful, but the other people who works at kb home. For example, Vivian, Mark and the design studio team. One of the things we loved from the day one is that we were able to customize our home by adding extras like a 3rd bathroom in the four bedroom in a reasonable price. Spencer, Rick, and Brandon did a great job getting us in our new home. Spencer listened during the sales process. He only showed us what we wanted to buy. He didn’t show us what he wanted to sell us. Rick and Brandon did a great job making sure the house was 100% move in ready before closing. By the way start to finish was 20 days. Very efficient purchase process.

A pleasant experience was ruined by the closing company. I don't understand why we had to drive to tucson with funds when there are soo many title companies nearby. It took 24 hours after the check was delivered to actual closing. I was not told the closing date until it was too late to do electronic transfer of funds.

We moved into KB homes Magnolia creek last month. We had a great experience working with Eric and George. Though we had some minor hiccups during the process both Eric and George kept us in the loop regarding the updates and made sure we got over the line.

The home is great! Good quality materials and workmanship went into building the home. Sales and service representatives are awesome to work with. They understand your wants and needs and handle them appropriately and quickly.

Our Sales counselor was awesome and on top of everything! Over all the quality of the home is good. We have some issues with paint,Trim, and caulking on your kitchen island and closet shelves, But a major problem which was our toilet was fixed immediately! All the problems we currently have our minor and can get fixed near the year mark! We got a great price on our home compared to other builder competitors. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend KB homes! No other home builders give a good price on a home compared to them and you get two years of customer service for any issues.

From the beginning to the closing we had nothing but a great experience. Our sales rep Ingrid was professional, kind and listened to our every need. The construction managers were just as professional and wonderful. This was our first new build and we are so pleased. Thank you KB Homes

I love my new house built by KB! Great quality! And even builder grade materials are absolutely stunning. Granite countertops, beautiful kitchen cabinets, attractive elevation. Special thanks to Ken! He provided excellent customer service, provided me with weekly updates on construction progress, my house was completed prior deadline and in a perfect condition, excellent workmanship. Multiple issues with the KB house after we moved in. You have to file claims to fix these issues and it takes long time for the construction problems to be fixed. All appointments are scheduled during my work hours. Do I need to quit my job or hire a house sitter to be at home for all these after purchase repairs? It was the worst decision of my life to buy a new construction/KB home

Chris- Building supervisor, Ingrid- sales, and Dave Building Super, these three are very professional and efficient. They were always checking in on us to make sure our home buying experience was the way we wanted it to be. They sent us pictures of the whole process from start to finish. They made sure we were happy with our home before we closed.

We, and all of our neighbors were pressured into giving a good review. Our closing date was changed on a Friday at 445pm to the following Friday evening, when closing was supposed to happen Monday morning. When we told them that we already had made plans to move out of our apartment and would be homeless on Monday, they said the only way for us to close on time was if we said we were 100% satisfied with the house, even though there were tons of blue tape issues that still needed to be addressed. Had they told us about closing getting rescheduled just 2 days earlier, we wouldn’t have been compelled to lie on our closing survey. Great people to work with

KB never sent us our AC warranty. When we called to address the issue they just said it had expired even tho it was their fault for not sending it. Now we have no AC warranty. The tree in the front was dead before moving in and never replaced it. When I called they just said they cant do it. Our garage door has been defective for 3 months. Three mechanics have come and still haven’t fixed the door. The quality of the work is horrible and cheap. Pipes are made of plastic and not copper which means they won’t last long before they break or leak. The exterior stucco is already falling off and the exterior paint is already patchy. Baseboards and door frames are cheap, out of angle, and chipped. They claim the interior paint is flat alabaster but it feels like cheap primer and gets dirty by just looking at it. Smoke alarms go off for no reason sometimes even with brand new batteries. Not a single window is leveled and the have mud bumps which causes gaps thru my blinds allowing light to get thru. Stairs handrail is not the color I paid for and superintendent said it was even tho I showed him a picture of what I ordered they push you to believe that you’re wrong so you keep the product. There were defectively stained cabinets which I paid extra for, but the superintendent said he could not replace them and we had to keep them. I’m never buying from KB again and can’t wait to sell this cheap house. I feel like I’ve been robbed/scammed. Customer service is horrible and nobody has answers. I can’t remember how many times they said “I don’t know”. I need to get out of this house ASAP. The buying process was easy, as expected since they just wanna get paid. My Kb home is a quality built home. I'm very happy with the construction and details to the finish work. The sales team (Mark and Kristal) are always happy to help with your questions. It was nice to receive weekly status updates when my home was being built. After move in the service at my home from Juan has been great. He goes out of his way to make sure that your needs and questions are taken care of. While our remaining track of homes is still under construction Kb has 24/7 security service to watch over our new neighborhood.
