This is my first home purchase and I have been so pleased with the outcome and process. My first experience with KB at the Entrada Del Oro location was with Reed. Reed took the time to show me everything, he was patient and listened to my situation and found a way for everything to work. My loan office Ioana was also fantastic, she took care of me and guided me through everything and made the process stress free and coached me along the way. Lastly the contractor Justin has been AMAZING since I walked the home and got into the home he took care of everything and didn’t skip a beat. Best customer service and very helpful and patient!

We haven't bought a home in a while so we forget the process. They made it very easy and stuff so I'd give them a 5/5. I also think the people are very nice and helpful which made the process good.

Seamless home buying experience. First rate appliances. Real attention to any perceived issues after closing. This is my fourth new home in my life. This was a very smooth process.

We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Sandra, the KB loan officer made all of the magic happen so we could actually get our keys. We are so grateful for the KB experience. This is our second home with Kb home and we choose Kb home because of our experience with them with our first home, and this one was no exception. They were very professional, great customer service through out the home building process from sales to construction and also after closing they make sure everything is good with the home. My experience was great. As a first time home buyer I had great experience with muy builder manager Brandon. He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my home Prior to get in it and after I got in it. Still reaches out here and there to make sure any questions or concerns are taken cared of. 10/10
