All KB we worked with were great.

This is our first home, so we were initially nervous about where to look as we were looking for a new build. We were so lucky that our realtor introduced us to KB and this area (KB Liberty, Phoenix). I really like KB's lot size and their design utilization. From beginning to end, they made sure we understood each step, from salesperson to construction manager - they gave us weekly updates on the progress. They gave the house within the time frame, in fact, a little bit early, I would say. I feel like a few materials could be better, although they are basic. Braydon was excellent in every aspect of our build and even makes himself available to help after the house was completed. Definitely above and beyond any other experience I’ve had with houses I’ve had built in the past. Michael was very responsive to any concern we had through the whole process it was a pleasure working with him. Victoria was very responsive with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed to make the finance and closing process as smooth as possible. KB team members showed outstanding customer service and I am very happy we built with KB! Enjoyed the experience and knowledgeable staff. Made buying and maintaining a residence easy

Issues still pending that were identified on the final walk. Contractors care very little for the material that is new, they drag cabinets, scratch countertops, force dry wall when curries not fit installed crack bath tub, chalking bad work, home dirty, no pressure wash of garage and sidewalk and driveway. My opinion house over priced for the workmanship. No pride in the work they do. Just waiting to see who calls to text and make right. Good Luck right?

Easy and quick to have ready to move in home

The homebuying process and experience was great, my agent was really responsive, helpful and available for questions. The house itself is pretty good overall, but it has many workmanship issues that any homebuyer will want to get more professional work done to their newly constructed house. It seems like the skills, professionalism and quality of some of the construction workers that built the house are very low. Like I mentioned before, the house overall is good, but there are many finishes that it was done rushing and just to finish the job. They didn't take pride in what they were doing. I hope that structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing and HVAC installation construction team really took their time and provided a professional and quality work because that is the work that homeowners cannot see and trusts the builders with. ... KB Home buying and construction team were really attentive and informal throughout the entire process. With being a first time home buyer, they made it really easy for me.

We had a great experience with buying a move in ready home!

Experience was pretty good. I think the builders can pay more attention to detail on items inside home (back splash, base boards, arches, tiling). All the items I mentioned were off and never corrected. Sod was laid over rocks, carpet has a rock or hard item underneath it in the bedroom. Once we moved in it was hard to get in contact with anyone about our issues. Some issues still haven’t been resolved.

Although the KB Home was what we had asked for, the house came with various repairs that were brought up prior to the house being placed in our hands. Issues were brought up and never repaired. A home inspector corroborated issues as necessary to fix. The issues are now a part of warranty which means moving and living around people in the house that was supposed to be ready to be a home. The buying and design process was great. The construction less so. That said, few major issues except for feeling ignored and marginalized concerns.

Being a first time homebuyer they made the experience worth it. I have had horrible experiences before finding them.

My experience with KB has been almost perfect. I absolutely love my home! That being said, as the days and weeks go by something pops up that needs correction. I’ll make 1 call or send 1 email to my CM or Sales manger and I’ll usually hear back from the trade by tbe end of the day. Home building is never a perfect process and I 100% get that! It’s nice to know I have a team like Carmelo & Robert behind me. I have 100% confidence that any and all minor issues will be corrected!
