Buying new home is a major milestone . it's important to enjoy the process and Celebrate each step along the way. Don't be afraid to ask questions from your agent as they answered all of my question regardless of time of day it was. they are super helpful and with you every step of the way. Overall, my home-buying experience was a positive one, and I'm so happy to finally be a in my new home.

Through the entire process we kept meeting people who had our best interests at heart. From sales, to design and construction, even the finance team worked hard to ensure we had the best outcome. We could not be happier with our home or the experience.

Space does not know how to utilize

Nice looking neighborhood and the house appears beautiful, however, it is best, to not assume everything works properly, as fast as the entire process goes it is not possible to catch every mishaps. Very unfortunate that we feel like renters still trying to get something to work properly and only being here for almost 2 months.

They did a great job. Always kept us informed with weekly updates and even followed through after sale with any issues.

The process for the house I chose was good. Do not like the grass it was full with weeds

We are going to our second month and everything was fine (i suppose). There were few minor problems but manageable. Until this week my son discovered water spurting out from the flooring of his bathroom every step he made. We called the engineer. The plumber came, sawn a good portion of the wall to expose the pipes, and discovered a nail panctured a pipe, making water drip down to the flooring. So it has been dripping since the house was completed. So the whole bathroom flooring are taken out, drain the water out and fan the floor under for 3 days. A day prior the back glass window cracked. A styrofoam by the front door pane is also chipping off. And God knows what else we gonna discover as days go by. Thankfully, Engineer Jody responded and personally visited our place right away and sent people to start fixing the problem. ... More

Overall definitely deserves 5 stars. Very good quality, trust worthy, and the team responds to issues promptly. Highly recommend!!

The staff was knowledgeable, responsive and strived to match our need and wants to what is available from KB.

KB Homes was really transparent and communicative from the very beginning. They have many design options and a fantastic design center. What I liked most was the communication throughout the building process. I would highly recommend KB to anyone.

Do not use Kb lender , they don't know how to calculate mortgage payments ,certain people don't calculate correctly and even told when there wrong. This was also addressed to Nick the manager and still the issue is occurring.

We had a great experience with KB Home sales group and design. Throughout construction, they kept informing us about the progress on a weekly basis and few months prior to completing construction, KB Home loans and home insurance kept us aware of what’s coming up during the closing process. As far as the quality of workmanship and materials used versus the value of the price paid, we think that they could have done better using some more upgraded materials.

From the time I met with Harvey, the sales rep, to signing the closing documents, it was all a seamless experience with regular updates and the options we chose at the studio, KB Homes makes home buying experience easy and their builds are very high quality, as we had a KB Home before. Michael from warranty and post purchase and sign off team was very thorough in his inspection and walk through. Overall great work from the KB team

KB has been very attentive from day one! Special mention to Regina, who is amazing, always there for us when needed! The customer service is also on point when I needed it extra things done on my house. Thank you.

Just a heads up once you pass your 30 days in the home and have to deal with the warranty department you will sit and wait for them to get those items fix. You also do not get any updates so you are kept in the dark on the items that you submitted. So beware.

Buying a KB home was easy. The only problem we ran into was the Losn office.

the only bright spots in the entire affair were the builder and our third loan officer. Everything else was horrible. We received 13 different closing dates and were cancelled 3 times by letter. Our original loan officer was terminated and our second got sick, the third saved the day.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

great i love it kb homes

Having asthma and allergies to pollen I had in my Sales Contract not to plant any trees or shrubs that produce pollen. Construction supervisor has continually promised o supply me with the plants he had landscaper plant in my front yard months ago. I have continually requested this info to no avail. He keeps saying he’ll request it and forward to me. I need the info to verify they don’t produce pollen, and also to care and maintain the plants. He never follows up on my numerous requests and I’m really frustrated with his non-responsiveness.

Dahlia and Joey were great to work with. However, the underwriter(s) were terrible to work with. They made me feel I had to prove I was giving honest answers to anything and everything. Took them so long to do things that I needed to pay extra to get more time to close

The new home was reviewed & things pointed out that needed fixed. Painting not completed, saw marks in siding, floors not clean & needed acid washed after moving in. Screws missing out of hinges. Furnace filter up side down. Over all not cleaned. Light dim & flickering in bathroom. So while I was gone getting more of our belongings the superintendent RJ bribed my wife with giving him 10’s across the board & he would give us a glass front door. When I did not give all 10’s he would not give her the door. He did nothing for us except to fix the things that was needed & their responsibility. The only thing RJ did was painted our porchs. The other guy (Superintendent) that was here during our guy gone had our fans place in & placed garage door openers in do to the mix up with not able to sign while we were there in Florida. Bribery is not the way to do business when you want a bouns from your company because of an Evaluation, that only had fact in it!! ... More
