Everybody was great from the time of a walk through to closing. My realtor Donna is not only a realtor for KB Homes, but a great friend. Our Superintendent Stacy in the Somerset Community where we bought our home, was absolutely terrific. She made sure that all of our needs were met in moving into our home. Highly recommend this home, these people and this community.

Doors, sink, garbage disposal were a major problem to get fixed even 2 months after signing.

My homebuying process was incredibly smooth. I felt supported from purchase to move-in. The construction quality is excellent and offers great overall value. The building team kept every promise and always responded in a timely manner.

The KB team are so awesome with open arms, especially the one in the office here.

We have had a great experience all in all. Amanda and Kyle were wonderful throughout the process. They've set expectations, gave us routine updates, and followed through on everything we discussed. Thank you!

BUILDER MET OUR NEEDS EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED

Sherry at KB helped us out so much, we could ask anything (sometimes we felt silly with simple questions) but no question was silly at all. Great answers, clear with explanations, and also fantastic suggestions to help us complete our plans for the future. We love the styles, designs and options KB has to offer. Wes and stuff have been very helpful as well with the walk thru, explanations and tips for our new home. Quick communication and response was the norm, and that's always welcome. Yay KB!!

First time buying a home and I’m happy with kb being my first home purchase the whole team have been great from the beginning process of the purchased even after moved in they’ve been doing a good job staying in touch making sure everything is ok I would 100% recommend KB homes

Our sales rep Jackie was great. Our contractor Brayden was good, we did have some hiccups but they were handled accordingly and overall we were happy. Our loan officer Andrew and frankly everyone on the loan side were horrible. Wildy unorganized and difficult to work with. I don't understand how such a large company can be such a mess. I would think there were standard procedures. Andrew's lack of attention or caring for our file was extremely apparent. We are happy to be in our home but because of Andrew and the loan team we will never use KBHS Lenders again.

While the buying experience was great, the sales representative was phenomenal. The design center was great, and the job supervisor was easy to work with, one part of the KB experience stood out. That was the inflexibility of KB. Once you had locked in the house, even months prior to permits, being pulled, there was no flexibility in any changes. Early on, my wife and I decided we wanted to change our flooring from carpets in the bedrooms to the same laminate we had placed through the rest of the house. This was before permits had even been pulled for the house. It was a simple interior materials exchange. This was denied. No rational explanation was given. The answer on any request KB during the build process was simply, sorry we won’t make any changes. Very frustrating when you’re more than willing to pay for the small changes that you were looking for. I was told repeatedly that I was building a “personalized home“ and the only chance I had to personalize it was during the design process. That itself is frustrating to someone who has built several homes. Other than that small thing, KB was great to work with and the end of product was a great value. From the design studio providing a wide variety of options, build check ins from our build team, a kind staff in every department and after build follow ups for anything we needed, KB has gone above and beyond in every way to provide an excellent experience. We are so glad we chose KB homes who prioritizes community usability, customer services and energy efficient homes.

Everything is on point. Great all around. Joey building manager is the best ever. The wet floor included vinyl roll out is the worse flooring I have ever seen. I rather have carpet in kitchen, dining room. Can i get that switched?
