I had a positive experience with KB. They were very responsive when I had questions and got back to me quickly. After I moved in, if any issues or concerns arose, it was easy to reach out, get the help I needed. All staff were friendly and answered my questions.

Delayed closing date, so I had to close it quickly without inspecting a house thoroughly. There were a lot of flaws that a 3rd party inspector couldn’t see. Moreover, No follow-up care after closing.

This is our first home, so we were initially nervous about where to look as we were looking for a new build. We were so lucky that our realtor introduced us to KB and this area (KB Liberty, Phoenix). I really like KB's lot size and their design utilization. From beginning to end, they made sure we understood each step, from salesperson to construction manager - they gave us weekly updates on the progress. They gave the house within the time frame, in fact, a little bit early, I would say. I feel like a few materials could be better, although they are basic. Braydon was excellent in every aspect of our build and even makes himself available to help after the house was completed. Definitely above and beyond any other experience I’ve had with houses I’ve had built in the past. Michael was very responsive to any concern we had through the whole process it was a pleasure working with him. Victoria was very responsive with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed to make the finance and closing process as smooth as possible. KB team members showed outstanding customer service and I am very happy we built with KB! Enjoyed the experience and knowledgeable staff. Made buying and maintaining a residence easy

Issues still pending that were identified on the final walk. Contractors care very little for the material that is new, they drag cabinets, scratch countertops, force dry wall when curries not fit installed crack bath tub, chalking bad work, home dirty, no pressure wash of garage and sidewalk and driveway. My opinion house over priced for the workmanship. No pride in the work they do. Just waiting to see who calls to text and make right. Good Luck right?

Easy and quick to have ready to move in home

The homebuying process and experience was great, my agent was really responsive, helpful and available for questions. The house itself is pretty good overall, but it has many workmanship issues that any homebuyer will want to get more professional work done to their newly constructed house. It seems like the skills, professionalism and quality of some of the construction workers that built the house are very low. Like I mentioned before, the house overall is good, but there are many finishes that it was done rushing and just to finish the job. They didn't take pride in what they were doing. I hope that structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing and HVAC installation construction team really took their time and provided a professional and quality work because that is the work that homeowners cannot see and trusts the builders with. ...
