I enjoyed working with the finance Raul Cunes. He was the best part of the buying experience. We had a good time with the design center. They really were helpful in getting all of what we wanted. We also liked Melena our sales agent. We had some miss communication but in the end she came through.

Over all one of the better production builders, Very good financial team. Warranty work from the subcontractors and follow up is a little slow.

Tony and Neal went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. KB is lucky to have them in bossed.

Quality is very bad. What they sell is very different to what they deliver. The only important thing for them was closing the sale no matter what. Quality the worst of all the builder I have purchased from including Lennar, GL Homes., Horton.

For the most part KB does a great job billing homes. I think there product could be better with few improvements like at least put a prime coat of paint on garage. Thank You KB for great experience of owning a new home..

Nobody really knows what’s going on most of the time. They claim to be very good with communication, but the communication is solely through spam and automatic emails. We had countless issues along the way that were pushed off and were told “it’ll be fine don’t worry” to include our house being done 3 months early and them trying to force us to move in or lose the house. All of the issues we had could have been avoided with communication on their end between themselves and their higher ups. They know we aren’t happy and have tried to give us things to make sure we don’t give bad reviews or bad survey answers, but I would caution any person who is going to work with KB. I’m very happy with my house. It was a slow process but worked out well in the end. Happy to be in my house and I’m enjoying it very much!

Excellent service awesome customer service and great people

Would never buy from KB again. Poor quality and workmanship. Their subs drink on the job. They cant seem to get it right the first, second, or third time. Service after wards has not been any better. Had an oven door damaged at installation. It’s been 3-4 months and it’s still damaged. Floor already started buckling. They started the repair and have not come to finish.

KB homes employees made the experience very pleasurable. Answered all my question, so happy with the quality of work and their professionalism. I built a home before and it was never this easy. Great job KB homes ( Imperial Forest).

Best response by construction superintendent.

First time buying new home and I would not buy from KB Home if knew quality of house is this low. Mediocre built at best.

Kb experience was good however their financing was not

Do not fill out any surveys until at least 30 days after closing. I emphasize do not fill out that survey at closing. Project managers need accommodate buyers working schedules and meet after 5pm and possibly weekends just like sales. Buyers shouldn't need to loose pay to schedule fixes to poor workmanship and sub standard materials

Everyone made this an easy and fun experience super happy with my new home!

Everyone on the team was wonderful. They were able to help me whenever I had a question or request both before sale and after move in. Very caring team. I would use them again!

Overall experience was excellent. Our site rep (Mario) was very attentive to our questions and/or concerns. He was consistent in providing updates throughout the process and was very responsive to a few issues/questions that were identified after we moved in... They were immediately addressed. Great home.

Quality control is a problem

Our team has been incredible at communicating. They respond quickly, and have routinely gone above and beyond. Great people that I have been happy to do business with. Names of considerable mention are Jolanda, Doug, Allison, and Scott.

First impressions are big for me, and Michelle was amazing!! She was very welcoming and very knowledge on everything! She stuck by me til the very end as this is my first home, she kept me updated on a weekly basis and ensured I had nothing to worry about as her and the team took care of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed the overall kb home process and going to the design studio was one our favorite parts. Our sales person, was the only time we had any issues on trusting what he said. We've learned to make sure to get answers in writing. The superintendent, customer service rep., and all the various builder companies involved were great to work with and made sure repairs/concerns were resolved. Getting our own inspector for the construction phase was such hassle as we, ended giving up and just pointed out major concerns.

I would recommend a KB Home.

Everything was great initially, but the financial part could have been better. The people from KBHS (Loan) worked like they didn't know exactly what they were doing, and in the end, I lost money and time because of them. When I asked for help because I had problems because of them, the manager answered, "It is what it is, and I had to see how to solve my problems." when we finished closing, all the promises made by the project manager of a second walk after the 30 days, nothing, I am still waiting, there are some details in the house that I had reported, and I don't receive any answer. In conclusion, everything was excellent in the sales part, but in the financial, you better save some money and work with other lenders and don't believe in all the promises by the construction part because at the end, when you are done with the closing, they forget about you. ...
