Agent disappeared after her name was on the contract that got her the commission. Senior leadership supported her behavior and defended it when questioned .

We like KB Homes because they were built with quality and practical.

First time buying a new home from the KB brand. Our previous home purchase was also a new home but from another builder. Needless to say we had some experience on the steps to follow when agreeing to purchase to move in. I must say that KB does have a good quality home and that we are very statisfied.

This building has a lot of space for a lot cheaper then the bay area

My experience from beginning to end with KB Homes was amazing. David in the sales office answered any question I had, Michael with construction gave me updates every week and always walked the house with me and explained everything very well. Very happy with my experience.

The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was perfect. KB home team was very helpful.

There is a lot to say but I will summarize. The construction staff are great. Attentive to fixits. The lender process was stressful due to a lack of communication and difficulty initially getting responses and requested information. The last portion of the process went well. The garage has a large crack in the floor already due to the water heater pole being initially placed in the wrong corner and the concrete poured appropriately in that wrong corner, then the heater pole was moved to the opposite corner and placed after the concrete was already poured, so now there is a crack. Other than that, the construction staff has repaired anything necessary, T he builder offered a survey at the end of the process, saying if I rated them with all 10s, the would include an incentive where the construction staff did a small home improvement such as install ceiling fans or paint an accent wall. To me it seemed more like a bribe. They did not get all 10s from me. Also, the construction superintendent is apparently a 23-year-old according to the office staff, of whom they are all proud due to his huge success at his young age. He drove his extremely loud red Dodge Charger down the residential street at a high rate of speed, then screeched his tires as he drove recklessly onto the main road. He did this more than once and after residents had already moved in. Very immature and unprofessional, and a terrible image for the company. I've been in the house for a little over a month now and everything seems to be well-insulated and put together after the little repairs were done. Terrible experience with building team and sales. Not a builder who keeps the customer in mind since everything done is always rushing the customer. Mistakes were made by builder yet customer has to pay the price. Unable to trust Tami, Nick, and Al.

This was our first time purchasing a home and to say it was stressful would be an understatement. Nevertheless, the team here at KB had our back especially the builder Jeff.

It is a good work team, excellent service, I am very happy with my new house.

It was a breeze with Manny, bill and the home studio team. Options and cost were clearly explained along with usage.

I love the design of our home, very spacey and organized. However, the metal made up the sink is easily scratched, which I wish we could have better quality of items made of metal. The constructors were very responsive in the 30 days period of home warranty after closing. Though we still have 2 years warranty with other constructor, they responded slowly and I haven’t heard from them yet. I hope I can hear back from them soon.

We recently built a custom built home in the southton Cove neighborhood in Elmendorf. We have been here for a month and so far have been pleased with our new home. We did have a few hiccups along the way and it took longer than promised to build our home for various reasons, but both KB and our mortgage lender worked through the issues and made it happen for us. KB was responsive to our concerns and the construction team was absolutely amazing. They have been great and have addressed any issues that we have encountered quickly. Overall, it has been a great experience and we love our new home

The floor plan is prefect for me. I have plenty of storage space. The plan function well for me. Minor issues that were resolved within a day.

I was so surprised how fast the home went up, after the foundation was set. The contract supervisor kept me informed every week on the progress. When I finally moved in I had a couple of small issues like attic door needed lubricating and dryer wasn't working with outlet, they fixed both issues within 3 days.

Everyone who made our home buying experience was great. From sales to loan office and customer service and the supers, nothing but great things to say. Everything was done timely and with great customer service.

Pleased with my experience with KB homes
