Home was nice, buying process was an ease thank you!

I find it's overall good experience to work with KB home and customer service team. I have a few recommendations here. 1. this house has a SunPower connection issue. The SunPower technician have come three times but were unable to switch it on. It seems some wires are messed up during construction. This needs to be addressed ASAP. 2. my mailbox key is not working. I was advised to go to mail office myself to find it out and Customer Service team is not able to offer more help. This can be improved as well.

The customer service is excellent and KB homes do their best to meet our needs.

Well built homes, good location. Sales personnel are trustworthy and helpful.

The building is energy efficient, with no air cracks, quiet, and motion sensors in the lavatories and garage to turn off lights and conserve energy. Straight Edges, clean paint Job, modern building concept with modern appliances. It is indeed a well-thought-out energy-efficient smart building with Solar panels.

Initially, I found a rambler from another builder and decided to sell my two-story home and make the move. The anticipation of moving had me excited to visit the model homes quite often to visualize my dream - but never felt quite welcome in the sales office. I sought out other options in the area and came across KB Homes and met Megan. More than welcoming, she informed me that she would be on site in an upcoming development located in Enumclaw - EXACTLY where I needed to be. My home process has been amazing. Gavin T. has followed up every step of the way. Has been above and beyond from the perspective of a superintendent. Could not have been happier to fix the minor touch-up points to perfect my home even more. A fantastic process from the Sales and superintendent perspective to follow up on every little detail. I had a great experience with the construction team! Anything I need fixed they came to fix it, even months after I moved in! Scott is amazing as usual. My sales rep Kimberly was outstanding, she was always reachable. Terrible experience with the lender team, I ended up having to shop for an outside lender.
