Kb homes was an excellent home buying experience.

Slow to get things repaired correctly

Had a great experience with KB Home. Had one issue after closing. Had a water leak from AC condensate drain that was not hooked up. Soaked one bedroom carpet and pad. At first was told that fans are blowing on carpet and pad to dry it out. Protested that there could be mold with this method. Then KB Home did replace with new pad and carpet. Resolved satisfactorily!!

The most bizarre people to buy homes from. Warranty manager Mr Matt never picks his calls or responds when you have an emergency or issues with the home to discuss. They just ignore you. Absolutely terrible!

My sales person and construction manager in Bauer Meadows were the absolutely best.

Dianna was great always very helpful and responsive during the whole experience. The design studio staff was amazing and helpful. Sergio and Jeshua were very helpful through out the build. Michael and Mary made everything happen on the loan side of things. My wife deals with the customer care people so I’m not sure of their names but they are great as well. Was a great experience especially with us being first time home buyers.

We had very good experience with KB Homes.

Love the house but had to wait 7 months for the build. Other houses in the neighborhood have gone up much faster. Like KB Home better than other builders in the area.

Customer service is very good.

This is the worse decision I've ever Meade in my life, starting from the sales person as he did not listen to me or what I said I wanted to, instead the pretty much push me to buy the house/ nightmare I am living in, then getting a call from the same person asking me why did I only gave him seven stars? He should be thankful that I gave him seven. After him, one of the construction managers telling me to give him a 10 thinking he deserved the 10 instead of letting me consider what to give him follow by my closing date, bringing my stuff that same night to put it in the garage, it seems like the cleaning crew from the last walk-through decided that my house was the perfect one to leave the dining area windows open to escape from there stealing my griddle and a personal dolly. That's the beginning of my nightmare, followed by my AC, not cooling at all, or blowing any air in the bedrooms, only in the living room, dining and kitchen area, As well as the she wrote people covering the outlets in the guest bathroom and then cover it with the mirror, causing my master bath, not having any power in the outlets, also have water leak in my master bath, kitchen lamp, and laundry area, I have a roofer hammering my roof. I don't know exactly for what reason because instead of fixing a problem now I have holes and the top of my roof by the attic all this contractor supposed to come certain times and dates making me wait for no reason, I also have the worse patio because my grass is full of patches like they never even water the yard now I've been buying expensive products just to grill my grass and see if it could grow healthy, I have promises and promises as I waited over a month for my griddle and my dolly to be deliver. This is the worst. It seems like KBH, it's more about quantity and productions and not quality. Honestly honestly I am very upset and disappointed by this builder and I have a lot to say I am ready to write a nice and ugly letter to the corporate and post it on the BBB As I am not satisfied, and I'm not happy in this house for many reasons as you can see, and I could go on and on and on. besides, I have the warranty guy telling me not to post anything on the portal when that's the way to do it. It's the only way I have proof of every single report I have made instead he asked me to call him or text him. I'm sorry, sir, but I am Customer and I didn't bought a home or a three dollar house I invested and I was expecting the best but honestly, I feel discriminated denigrated probably because of my ethnicity and my sex as I am a female, If it's for me, I will not recommend anyone to purchase a home with KBH. I have moles in my bathroom, kitchen and laundry if me of any of my family Members get sick do to mold Mind you I only have a month and a half living in this house so be ready KBH!! Excellent and professional all the way

Our home buying experience was anything but great. While we are happy to own our own home, KB Homes and KBHS made the building experience terrible while costing my family over $10,000 out of pocket due to their inability to close despite issuing a legal demand letter threatening to take our home away and cancel our contract if we couldn’t close, their refusal to allow us to use our own title company as permitted in our purchase agreement, their employees’ lack of professionalism, and the entire organization’s poor communication (builders, closing coordinators, and KBHS are all on different pages). KBHS and closing coordinators care more about meeting quarterly goals than they do delivering finished homes. We cannot recommend KB Homes to anyone. Excellent quality homes and they make sure their clients are happy

Fast & easy transactions with her, friendly & accommodating

During our walk through the house we observed some short comings due to some things that may have been overlooked,but as we pointed them out to Samuel he quickly motioned to fix it. As I mentioned,Samuel never failed us ,he and his team worked hard and resolved our issues. I thank him and his team for an excellent job well done.

This is my 3rd KB Home. This home was a "Move in ready" and was just what we were looking for, but the Customer service "after the sale" has been awful. There was things that were "supposed" to be things done to the home for us prior to us moving in...they were not...and still have not been taken care of Yet. Very disappointing. We actually feel like we were "Hustled" by a used car salesman.

Great first time home buyer experience with KB

The home buying experience from the salesperson, the construction lead, to the bank applications was excellent. Quality of the lumber is a one out of 10. Now that the house is complete with sheet rock and painted, flooring laid and now settling. The cracks are showing up here and there..The placement of all the plants and trees is crap. For the amount that you pay for a house nowadays you could at least get choice and placement of all garden items. But you don't that would prevent me from buying from this organization ever again. Too many faults after the fact.

The house is built with better quality and I do not have any complaints in that perspective. But the communication during the building construction progress could be better. There are a lot of false promises made which affect any individual both mentally and emotionally. It is really hard to change plans with the false promises from the builder.

From the get go all salesman and KB employees were great to work with from the design center to on site sales to the construction supervisor, got us into our new home on the time we we’re told and given. Great experience.

It was a great experience and I’m completely satisfied.

The whole building process was kind of fustrating. Loan and all financial process was smooth and easy. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend KB to anyone.
