Quality of house is great. Kb did a great job.

Sold me a lot then built guest parking on part of my property. Awaiting what they are going to do, otherwise need to take legal counsel. Didn’t even have on the lot map they were adding guest parking near my home. Who wants strangers coming and going outside their doorstep? Contractors constantly over due to faulty and incomplete construction. All promises things would be fixed. Still dealing with humidity problems, AC problems, plumbing problems, electrical problems. No one cares. Never ends. Already contacted a realtor to sell my home but KB dropped sales pricing and offering better incentives now, 2 months after close, so looking to loose a ton. Stay away. ... We bought our first home, and KB made the experience wonderful! The process was seamless, and they were always available to help with any questions we had. We are thrilled and can't wait to create memories in our new home.

Horrible experience. Where is the info regarding the media panel? Where is my mailbox? Why are my gate fobs not working? Where are the paint cans you told me I’d have? Why are your employees not responding? You guys need to learn how to provide a full packet at settlement. Instead of spreading out information in sixteen different places. Your customers legit hate you. Get on the Liberty Facebook page and see how angry your buyers are. Never giving you my business again.

Overall, we have a great experience with our KB home purchase. It was very smooth. The Superintendent and his crews have been very helpful from day one. They are very responsive and accommodating. We know that we can always count on them to get things addressed promptly and professionally. The KB Customer service is also great and helpful. They promptly address our inquiries and concerns. However, our experience with KB Home Insurance agency has not been that great.

My family is beyond satisfied , we love everything about this experience 10 out of 10 . Everything is awesome

From day one "Hello, Welcome" till "Congratulations! Your keys are ready for you!", it has been an exciting journey. We had the opportunity to pick our home location, home size, and wide options of upgrades to our desire. They were very friendly and professional and also reassure me of warranties for any imperfections. My second KB home and will Recommend to anyone!

Now that we have moved into the home there were some discrepancies that needed attention. KB Homes construction manager and customer service responded immediately. We feel blessed to have such caring people on our side to make our home complete.

I enjoyed working with the finance Raul Cunes. He was the best part of the buying experience. We had a good time with the design center. They really were helpful in getting all of what we wanted. We also liked Melena our sales agent. We had some miss communication but in the end she came through.

Over all one of the better production builders, Very good financial team. Warranty work from the subcontractors and follow up is a little slow.

Tony and Neal went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. KB is lucky to have them in bossed.

Quality is very bad. What they sell is very different to what they deliver. The only important thing for them was closing the sale no matter what. Quality the worst of all the builder I have purchased from including Lennar, GL Homes., Horton.

For the most part KB does a great job billing homes. I think there product could be better with few improvements like at least put a prime coat of paint on garage. Thank You KB for great experience of owning a new home..

Nobody really knows what’s going on most of the time. They claim to be very good with communication, but the communication is solely through spam and automatic emails. We had countless issues along the way that were pushed off and were told “it’ll be fine don’t worry” to include our house being done 3 months early and them trying to force us to move in or lose the house. All of the issues we had could have been avoided with communication on their end between themselves and their higher ups. They know we aren’t happy and have tried to give us things to make sure we don’t give bad reviews or bad survey answers, but I would caution any person who is going to work with KB. I would not/will not ever build with or buy a KB home again. (Not even a preowned KB home) ... More

I’m very happy with my house. It was a slow process but worked out well in the end. Happy to be in my house and I’m enjoying it very much!
