Everything was great. They are always there and checking if there is anything else we need.

Our experience was rocky at first, partly because we had so many bad experiences before KB. We had shaky expectations to purchasing a new construction home. The entire process was not easy but well worth it. No home is come with 100 percent accuracy, it is very important having good customer care service after we moving to the home to settle minor or major issues and KB home has it , really very good customer service my issues are resolving very quickly with 100 percent accuracy.
