Seen the process from beginning to end it has been a great experience

The whole KB team from start to finish was great. Very clear, very responsive.

Certain things had to be changed or fixed and they were taken care of in a timely manner.

We have had an outstanding homebuying experience with KBHOME. Very pleased with our purchase, build quality is excellent, and follow up customer service to attend to minor issues has been excellent.

Very disappointed in the overall quality of workmanship. Patio had to be done three times. The entire lawn had to be torn up and redone. Sink and bath fixtures are very cheap. Both spare bedrooms and the hallway from the garage to the the house had to be replaced and it took a month as we lived in half a house. This was due to a water leak not caused by us. It took a month to get corrected. All in all we are unhappy with the contractors.Cheap labor gets cheap results. Our experience with the agents as we went through the buying process was excellent. Lots of issues never addressed , poor quality of workmanship. High turnover rate of employees

Sales and Loan teams were excellent! Lots of cosmetic issues and some structure issues..promised quick fixes to the issues but yet to be done.

As first time homebuyers, very few things are as stressful as buying the first house, Kaisee and the entire KB team made the home buying experience seamless! We can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

Everyone did a wonderful job

From the beginning to the end of our buying experience it has been pretty straightforward. No back and forth and great response time. Even at closing we were aloud an additional walkthrough to ensure all our issue had been fixed and given extended time after close to raise any other issues that may have risen after move in. The warranty team is amazing. My only issue would be that they have multiple times sent workers to fix said issues that don't speak English and struggles to explain the problem, I would suggest to send an interpreter or someone who speaks English to at least monitor and get the job started upon initial contact with the customer. Our experience with the builder's team was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. They delivered on what they promised and kept us informed every step of the way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they responded promptly and worked to resolve them in a timely manner. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and support.

We had a great experience with the KB team. Kevin has been very responsive and helpful and the team didn't stop reaching out to help even after our move in. They seem committed to making sure we're comfortable in our new home.

***** went much more smoothly and quickly than expected. Communication was excellent and post-build support of minor issues was handled expediently.

[TRANSLATED FROM ES] The staff inspires confidence, and the house's design and space are fabulous. One area for improvement is communication. They have a great team and attend to the details that every new house has, but if they don't communicate that they've resolved the issue and how, the client doesn't find out until they visit the house and see that it's already been fixed.

The person who was supposed to follow up with me tried to reach out to me once via phone but that was it. I guess he came by the house while I was at work and introduced himself to my parents. They said he seems really nice and they gave him the list of items that might need looking at but nothing has been done. Also, there looks to be some oil "spills" or something like that on the rocks/gravel in my front yard that makes it look bad. Not sure who to contact.

It's was great

I took off points of my review after going through a not so pleasant experience with a certain customer service rep. However, after communicating with Nicole *****, things have turned for the better. Nicole has made the whole customer service experience much better as she is 100% more responsive and smoother.

Make sure the showroom picks are correct with the construction supervisor. The wrong faucets, shower head & shower door hinges were put in the primary bathroom. I picked brushed nickel throughout the home but chrome was put in primary bathroom. It took one month to get them changed out. I'm still waiting for warranty work on flooring & painting. It will be 2 months on August 5th & hopefully the work will be completed soon.
