Workmanship…..the great work of our construction supervisor…he made sure we were involved every step of the way and were happy

10/10 experience would recommend.

Sylvia made my wife and I feel very welcomed and included when purchasing our home and walking us to the home for review. Hope was very responsive to emails every step in the buying process.

From the beginning, I felt that KB listened to my concerns and made sure that I understood everything that was involved in the building of the new house. I felt extremely comfortable with the sales staff and the home design center personnel.

They were very responsive to any issue we had.

You have created some nice tools for the process of buying a home but you don't use it, always behind actual progress or completely unused for checkpoints

We had no issues with the builder but some issues with work completed by the tradesman. We had several issues at closing but the warranty team is great and got everything taken care of for us.

You have a very bad Experience with the vendors The materials with which houses are built are the cheapest for the price they cost

Do not close on your home until all problems are solved. You can let small problems go by, but please check your house carefully. It should take about 2 hours to do. KB will be awfully upset if your house is not ready to close. I closed without having a rear slider that wouldn't lock. It took 2 weeks to correct. My floor was in very poor shape; it took 6 weeks to have Serve Pro clean it. I'm still waiting for someone to clean the side of the house where painters cleaned their brushes and got paint on the house. Also waiting to have a stationary slider replaced due to a scratch. It's very difficult to get someone to answer your emails. I have one that's almost 2 weeks old that hasn't been answered. The company has forgotten that word of mouth is their best selling point! ... Quality of the homes and great people involved

We are 100% staisfied with all the process and the people involved in every step.

We were definitely told several things that did not come to be true which has frustrated us. We keep finding things that need to be addressed or fixed. Some things I expect from a new home. Otherwise, they are pretty responsive on issues and trying to make things as easy as possible. The bill process was great I love the customization we had at our house. We definitely do this experience again, but would addressed a lot of specifics first.

The process was relatively easy for buying a home and I was kept up to date on everything which made the whole process smooth.
