Good Experience Overall with KB.

I had some issues on my end but KB got me over these issues

Absolutely love my home , the experience was truly phenomenal. The whole team came together and made the experience flawless ( with a few hiccups - that were resolved quickly )! Thank you !

My experience was wonderful! The team was so caring and knowledgeable during the entire process. I was treated like family. KB Homes are highly recommended for great quality homes at affordable prices.

The sales lady Sylvia was simply wonderful. The other staff JJ, Hope and others with them were outstanding. I will recommend them strongly.

Anyone who buys a home through KB at Maricopa needs to work with Tricia. Ed is great too but I had the opportunity to meet with and work with Tricia. She was very comforting, made every step of the way a great experience. She listened to my needs and concerns. She followed up with me. She is an absolute gem!!

I have purchase home before but have not been treated as well as the KB Homes employees. Starting with the sale representative Cliff who guided me through the process of home buying. Hector who took the time from his busy scheduled to show me step by step of the construction process all the way and even now when I have questions or concern. Wilfredo very helpful and willing to help me with any issues with my new home. Alex very concern about the homeowner satisfaction and always followed up with any homeowners' issues and assured me that it will be taken care by repairing or replacing anything that I find wrong with my new home. Good communication skills along with a great knowledgeable sales staff and construction supervisors.

I would recommend KB home to any buyers looking to purchase a new home. John with sales is one of the best new home's agents in the business. Kb home warranty does a great job taking care of customers after closing and truly goes above and beyond, Chad has helped us out tremendously. Keep up the good work. Please note I used an outside lender for my transaction.

Nice home and nice service

Minnie was very helpful to us and provided outstanding service to us. She wouldn't hesitate to reach out or answer any questions that we had.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my experience. The team from Betsy, to Andrew, to Christian to Jose were all super helpful. 2 months after the close of my escrow they continue to check up on me, amazing customer service.

Larry was very helpful and gave us lots of information as we got started and George has been super helpful as we get settled in.

Purchasing my first home with KB Home was an excellent idea and one that I am so glad I made. My parents have had 5 homes built from the ground up and my brother and his wife have had 2 homes built, but they have said numerous times that their experiences were nothing like mine with KB Home. The biggest difference was the communication I had with the team of individuals working for KB Home and assisting me throughout the process. Jackie, Paul, Desiree, Jake, Victoria, and Shelbi were so helpful and consistent in communicating with me weekly. If questions arose, I could easily text or email them and they were quick in responding. Even after purchasing my home and moving in, I still am in contact with Jackie, Jake, and Shelbi - they have become like family, patient with me and answering questions along the way.
