Our salesperson. Adrien was excellent and helped us get the perfect house for our family. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to show us several models and kept us updated on the progress of our build. Ralph, the actual builder did a superb job on building our dream home. Also, John the supervisor of the builders of Kb gave me a warm welcome when I met him on a day I was coming to look a my progress of the build. He took the time to go over dates and he even was able to get our house closing a day I head of time due to my situation with moving from another state to Florida . Everything he promised us he came through with.He communicated with us, very personable. He worked double time with his crew to get us in our home in the deadline he gave us!! Couldn’t have ask for better quality work and craftsmanship on our home!! Wilfredo and Jose assistance was of pure excellent support and guidance on getting us approved for our mortgage every step of the way. They were so helpful and very patient. I was very grateful for both of them for helping even answering my calls on nights and weekends. Two very professional loan specialist and very supportive. Isabeau is the warranty specialist assigned to our home. She is a true sweet person. Also addresses our issues quickly. She called to introduce herself to us. She had done some much for us. When our shutters came in she immediately set up appointments for the painting and also touch up paint on the same day!! Really spruced up the house!! We are in excellent hands if we need services and emergency service call are handled very quickly by her ax well!! We absolutely can call our Kb Team a wonderful combination of suburb specialist!! I like KB home and the service from the contract to warranty service including contract process, weekly update during construction and walk through with the expert and then very convenient move-in process. Feedback and response is really quick. Warranty service is very nice and very kind. They are very responsible. I definitely recommend KB home.

This was my first home buying experience and it was more than I could have imagined as for being such a smooth process. Jimmy, Chris, Kody, Andrew, and Derek were all great and just made everything simple and easy to understand.

It was a wonderful experience. Every person we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. We had a few things that needed to be done and the kb staff was able to help fix or correct the issues.

The process of buying my first home was easy, the portal is neat and organized, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The house is built with quality materials focusing in areas of the house that needs strong materials. I can control/view many features from my phone, front door camera, alarm, heater/ AC, Water and solar panel. KB makes sure the customer is happy and I know by talking with my new neighbors. They have a great staff

It was an easy experience purchasing a home with KB Homes. During our walk-through prior to closing, everything was explained in detail. It looked like the house was made with great care for details. Joseph, the builder, went far and beyond, by giving advice and tips on the community. After our move-in, Joseph was very responsive with regard questions and minor repair. Also, he is quick to act to resolve the issue. We are definitely satisfied and happy with the quality of the home and the builder's support after move-in.

The experience with KB Homes was fantastic. First, it was by wait list not buy bid than the other companies. Second, the price was lower than the prices that people pay for used houses. Third, the first estimate delivery day was on March, and we signed in June, this sound bad, but I have a friend who started her house at the same time than us with different company, and probably she will receive her house on October or November. Fourth, KB Home loan helped us to lock the interest rate for 5 months before to sign. This was a great help for us. Great care and thought really on top of things

My experience was very good, and staffs are very accommodating. Communication was perfect, especially the loan department- those guys are good. Aven after we moved into the house, they still call us to know how wea re doing in case we have any concern. Honestly, I am impressed.

Overall, KB homes are affordable and give more than what was expected, the finish of the home is great!! Really enjoying the home, the more you live in it you feel it,

From sales and throughout the entire experience, I have had one of the best buying experiences with KB and their team of professionals. I was well informed from beginning to end and there hasn't been any significant issues with the construction.. This has been my first new home purchase and I look forward to perhaps more KB future opportunities...
