From the start to finish the sales staff to the project manager everything was great. Updates were frequent and any problems were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. This is the second home we bought with KB and our first experience was great and this one was even better

From start to finish it was a great experience. Of course you run into issues, but everyone was on top of things.

Amazing experience from start to finish. It was a bit discouraging at first trying to get a lot from the lot lotto. Just don't give up, it will happen. My salesperson Jen was amazing and super helpful and my superintendent Noland was there anytime I needed something. He was also amazing. The design studio experience was super fun getting to pick out all the finishes. I went a bit crazy with the upgrades but it was well worth it. Gives it more of a custom built feel Highly recommend KB and absolutely love my new home

Excellent construction teams, friendly sale staffs.

From the Sells personnel, to the Builders, to the Loan Officers everything went smoothly. All parties were very communicative every step of the way. I would like to personally thank Hope for being patient with me & all my questions, due to being a first time homebuyer.

Buying your first home has its uncertainty but KB Home Representatives were with me every step of the way. They provided detailed instructions on what I needed to do to secure my home. I love the fact that the representatives, Trish, Chase. Sonya and Michelle, all had my best interest at heart. As a homebuyer, patience and diligence is what you need to survive the process.
