There is always room for improvement, and these aren't high end townhomes. That said, the few issues addressed to the building team were quickly responded to and remedied ( albeit they should not have been there to begin with). Home value, at time of purchase, seems in line with market conditions and the entire build time seems appropriate. Overall, a much better home buy/build experience than anticipated and would recommend at this price point.

My Kb home buying experience was so smooth and pleasant! I was treated like family from beginning to end! I was made aware of every development on my home as I was out of state! Kb home staff member's are a Professional; Knowledgeable; Resourceful; Respectful and Honest team! The followup from building is also a plus! Your home is like their home! I am a satisfied customer! My KB Homes experience was great. From sales (Leslie), design center (Audrey-Bella Vista), to the project manager (Marley). I used my own lender. I received an update every week about the progress of my home, and I felt I could call and ask anyone a question at any time, and I did. I would and have recommended KB Homes to friends. Thanks for making the process so easy!!

Fantastic staff and a wonderful 1st time home buyer experience! Sales Representative Anya was friendly and knowledgeable, She followed up promptly for any of my questions, when construction started Doug and his team keep me timely updates about the progress of construction, I really recommend people to buy new construction way better than old homes which are almost same prices.

The sidings, hardie board around the house were installed crooked some crooked in and some bulging out, making rattling noises even when it lightly windy remind its not even pass 3 months yet after closing. I contacted the warranty officer and all he said is to send out the guy to put nails in, easy as it sound, but with those cracked and crooked in, i asked those to be replaced thy ignore ny request and they said will send out the siding manufacture to inspect. I wonder what the role the siding manufacture plays here since they arent not the one who installed it and arent the one hearing the rattling noises to the point it sounds like you pickup a wooden stud and keep smashing it to the wall. I’m regretting my decision entrusting KB’s quality on my house. Definitely not gonna recommend this builder to anybody i know. ... More

The loan process was a joke! The loan person, Tammy, came up with a loan she wanted for me which was not the loan I requested so now I have to live with an incorrect loan until I can refinance (at my expense) so I can lower my monthly payment so I can hopefully afford the loan I was expecting! I never received a thorough walkthrough or final walk through. The construction manager failed on that end. Lots of problems in the home which were uplinked to management, some were handled and some still have not been. William in the sales office has kindly checked in often to make sure I am receiving proper service. Candy also has stepped in to make sure I am receiving the repairs I have requested although I haven’t heard back from her after she requested 2 weeks ago for a follow up . New problems are popping up and I’m not sure about reporting them as I feel I’m not taken seriously or listened to like other home owners/buyers. ... More

The entire team at KB Homes has been top notch from the time we toured the model homes to now owning a KB home. Very impressive team!

Great growing area, the quality is great and KB staff is communicative. Learn more now the homes and build goes quick!

Great sales staff. Finished our home faster than anticipated.

I think KB could use some updates with the kitchen appliances that they choose as well as updating the kitchen counter tops to give everything a more modern look, quality door knobs is a must!

Don't buy one is my advice.

This entire process has been a nightmare. The process started out great when Dave the manger was in control. Then the process took a down fall once he was removed. Things were being broken in the house, delays due to wrong forms being filled out wrong. The worst was moving in house there were things still not tixed, like the broken concrete in the front of the house side walk, broken windows, no locks on the screen patio door, and the master bedroom could not be use for 2 weeks after we moved in because it was just hanging from the ceiling. Decent home with decent materials. Home price is decent compared to other builders.

Wonderful new house, great craftsmanship, great value/price ratio. Spacious, all works, beautiful. We worked very hard for this for so many years, so now we are really happy to finally be able to settle down (our 1st own home).
