It was wonderful working with Marshall on our new home purchase. Ian was very good in going through the warranty process and taking care of any issues promptly.

Iona, and Arthur and Rodney were 100% great. Ioana took care of me with all the finances and she looked out for my best interest, not KB's. Arthur always responds back when I need help and Rodney explained the building aspect of the home in a way I could understand. All very trustworthy.

Buying our new home was an absolute dream come true, and I can't recommend KB Homes enough! From the initial search to closing, the entire process was smooth and actually enjoyable.
