My experience was both the construction company and the information about the entire process from start to finish

They were my main contacts throughout the entire process and I could not be more pleased and grateful for their knowledge and professionalism.

The whole KB team from the agent to the loan officer were great to work with! We would absolutely build with them again!

Please make sure you are in contact with the staff and have items prepared. Don't be afraid to ask questions of any sort.

From start to finish everything went smooth. Any concerns were addressed quickly.

The process was easy and the staff was great. Lots of options to pick from.

I was not informed when I was choosing my lot that there would be a drainage issue when it rains in my back yard. The backyard floods whereby the water stands making it unusable for several days. Several attempts to alleviate this issue have gone unsuccessful. This problem has tarnished my new home building experience.

Great people to work with

Make sure the house meets your expectation before sign ready move in and closing. Don't trust whatever superintendent promise. He will forget when step to your home door.

Genesis was great from the start ! Walking us through the house and provided so much info answering all our questions before we even asked. Juan our project manager was wonderful as well! Went into detail and truly took his time explaining things as we were first time homeowners and unsure about so many things.

The team was there with me through the process. They too extra time to make sure I understood what I was getting and the process behind it. Great team and happy homeowner.

No one show up in the house for the 10 days walk nor the 30 days walk. I had a list of items that need to be completed the house drywall paint doors are damaged. Locks are not working properly bathroom problems and still no one showed up. I reach out to the construction manager. I left them a voicemail. I text them the information they get they send me the people that wrong. I still have problems in the house has not been fixed. I would highly recommend it. Anyone from future resident of KB Homes . Do not sign the closing until you have everything completed in the house to your satisfaction

All I can say is that (KB) team and staff from sale rep - studios rep - construction manager that helping me w/ my home very fantastic and trustworthiness. My parent got KB - I got KB. Thanks KB!!!

The buying process was smooth when it came to actually dealing with a sales rep and closing. The building process though is not amazing and if you cannot go by every day and check on the work being done then I caution you. KB Home's motto in my neighborhood was build bigger for less and nothing could be more than true. The quality of work is spotty, no one is checking the trades peoples work the day they do things. Mistakes are made but rather than the construction crew in charge calling it out, I am the one that has to send pictures and bother them to fix it. I just want to thank Demetrius and Dan for their incredible after-the-sale support. We are very pleased with our new home and appreciate Demetrius and Dan for all of their help. A great home-buying experience!

Delivered what they promised. Start to finish was stress free.

Josh made the loan side of buying a house a breeze! He checked in on us weekly and was always ensuring all of our questions were answered. He even continued to check in on us well after moving in. We have been waiting on a few final touch ups for the house and Josh even reached out recently and offered to help see to those getting done.

I love my home. I wish there were more focus put on ensuring the quality of workmanship from start to finish and the presentation and cleanliness. Other than that, everyone was attentive and helpful to my concerns during the build process. I suggest improving customer service response time during the 30-90 days after move-in as this a critical time for the homeowners as they discover their new home and much of the information provided to them initially were more likely lost or forgotten. Understanding this and being available to homeowners is key to building trust and getting the five star rating. ... More

I have a wonderful experience with buying my KB home, they were all professional. I highly recommend KB homes, after all, this is my second KB home.

Buying a home in general can seem so scary, but with KB this whole process from Signing my contract, to designing my home, to closing is definitely an experience within itself. I felt that someone was always here with us to help us along the way, from sales to the design center to construction. Everyone was super professional yes personable. KB really cares about their customers, and makes sure they are happy & satisfied along the way. I cannot be more grateful to have closed on my home. KB made this a DREAM for me and my spouse. Our last construction supervisor was outstanding at making sure that we closed on our original date after taking over for another supervisor. Any post move in repairs gave been handled quickly and satisfactory.

Scott (Sales Person) was amazing during the whole buying process. He was responsive at all times and days. He ensured to look into any questions I had and provide a timely response or forward requested information. Even after the sale closed, he still ensured to stay in touch and provide support as needed, especially when I had some issues with items getting fixed at my new home. Daniel has also been of great support and resource. He, like Scott, has been responsive and timely. He's a man of his word. Very grateful for his responsiveness and commitment to making it right. He also was a sounding board on the frustrations I was experiencing and continues to check in to see if I need anything or keep me posted and updated on any pending matter. I do find that at the beginning, there were several opportunities with Rudy (I sent an email to customer service that you may reference). I do see efforts in making it right. He recently stopped by at 7:45 am (before I had to leave for work) to look into an issue with a recess light. He was able to connect it and I do appreciate that effort and help. I do appreciate the electrical outlet added to my garage, as an olive branch for the issues I was experiencing once I received the keys to my home. Our experience with KB has been excellent, the salesperson Nancy was attentive with our real estate agent when she needed to be, KB was very accomodating to us once we were in contract as far as access to the home. Melissa the Project Manager has been very communicative & attentive with addressing issues prior to and after the closing. I recommend this builder everyday.
