Well to start I feel like the communication with the sales staff member Jennifer was great. Very timely and productive. Communication with Michael the superintendent was great and week by week which I appreciated. Walk throughs were perfectly explained that was also appreciated. So Rod did the final walkthrough and everything was great, anything that needed to be touched up was immediately touched up. That was also appreciated! So in closing, I would say the build quality was excellent. The timing was perfect just what they said it would be. I would recommend KB homes to everyone.

From the moment we stepped into the KB model home office and met Marbelia, our experience with KB Homes has been exceptional. Marbelia patiently walked us through every detail, answering our questions and making us feel confident in our decision to purchase one of their houses that was ready to move in. Navigating the financing process can often be a source of stress and uncertainty, but thanks to Anthony and Tara from KB Home finance, our experience was remarkably smooth and efficient. They worked tirelessly to ensure our financing went through quickly, with minimal back-and-forth communication. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was, with only two clarifications needed on our part. KB Finance truly sets the standard for professionalism and efficiency. During the home inspection, we encountered a few minor issues, as expected. However, Cristian from KB Homes was incredibly responsive and addressed most of these concerns promptly. He also provided clear explanations when certain issues were within state code regulations. It's evident that KB Homes takes pride in their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Speaking of quality, we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship of our new home. The attention to detail and the overall build quality truly exceed our expectations, making it clear that our investment was well worth it. Everyone was exceptional. Sales-John, Project Manager Robert and George, Finance- Stephanie and Ruth, Design-Jonathan, Warranty-Billy. My apologies if I missed one, but everyone that I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone involved with our build made our experience so easy and smooth. We have enjoyed our home and have gotten so many compliments. Tom, Darin, Susanne, and everyone on the design team were amazing! They are one call away even after our close for all of the questions I have or help I need. 10/10 team and company!

Tony the Sale Manager was helping with clarity on the details. Construction Manager Lorenzo is very nice and helpful in getting the issues resolved ahead.

I had a tight timeline to get everything together and KB really came through. After being in the home for a few weeks, so far I absolutely love it! I had one issue that needed to be addressed and KB came out to fix it right away. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Had a major issue issue related to crawlspace and still it exists, wood work is not proper throughout the house. For 30 days they bluffed that they are going to fix a wood work issue and on the day of closing they mentioned that it cannot be done. Literally no response from KB Warranty team, need to follow-up multiple times on any issue. Very high price.

Attention to detail isn’t there. Holes hidden behind light fixtures, drywall not texted and covered with a mirror, ect.

From the beginning through the end, the process was very easy. The seller was very nice and share all the information that I was needed. The quality of the home is outstanding. Joey, the Construction Manager was always communicating and offering his help in any aspect of the home. I truly recommend KB homes for anyone who wants to buy their dream home.

Very quiet and peaceful community. Since day one the staff Jia and Galo from Belcarra welcomed us professionally. Helped us decide and get the house that we are currently residing. Rick explained everything about the house and accommodating. Donna is hands-on and eager for our approval too. Great team!

Had a great experience overall. The team at the location was always very responsive to any questions before or after the move-in.

Mortgage team was extremely diligent and worked with me to get everything I needed. Project manager was also great. Sales team added unnecessary pressure when I was in the middle of selling my other property but I am very happy with my new house.

Marla in sales was awesome to work with. She kept me updated on the progress of my house each week and sent photos. Dan the superintendent was great to work with as well. He has been more than pleasant and helpful from the walk-through to moving in.

I’m if you waiting to come and fix behind the old oven since the day I moved. They told me that they will take care of the issue ASAP. I’m still waiting.
