Rodregus was a terrific part of our purchasing experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my family was able to purchase and move in to our second KB home parallel to the sale of our first KB home. Stacy was a wonderful superintendent to work with. She kept my family and I regularly updated with photos and texts of the progress of our home. She was excellent with addressing issues and questions we had quickly.

Vanessa the sales rep, David in design, Larry the supervisor and Jerry his right hand were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Positive over all. Some finish ups (spots of paints on the laminate floors, doors were a little sub-standard). However, everything else is great. Cody, the sales person, goes above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner! Both Erik's were great - when completing the walk throughs.
