KB has been great in helping us with our home buying experience. They even came back after closing for a check up and are fixing up a couple scuff marks, holes, and even found a leak that was replaced same day!

As to be expected. There were some things that needed to be worked on after our closing date. Brayden and Ash were prompt and active in getting all of those things corrected. They checked in (without us having to call them) often even after closing to ensure our living arrangements were up to par, and to that the KB standard that they sold us were being met!

They made me sell my house to buy this one and then kept delaying the final date. Then when we moved in there was small issues, and then they have us the wrong mailbox key. We had to run around for weeks until we finally figured out the problem

The sales rep, design studio and customer service rep were nice and helpful.

The process went smooth and the construction was completed in the estimated timeframe that was provided. Team gave frequent updates and was very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to another successful sale with KB.

The team that helped purchase the home were supportive, and when small issues came up they problem solved and made sure I felt supported and things were going to be ok.

Realty and build staff are top notch! Sophia, Juan and Dennis were great! Only issue in the entire home buying process was caused by SC Edison’s inability to meet deadlines for meter install and home energize, which delayed closing by 2 months

My sales associate Wendy was such a sweetheart. I genuinely felt like she had my best interest at heart. She went over and beyond for me and my family. She was answering my questions even on her days off. She went the extra mile to get me into the home with the bigger lot at a lower price point. When I had any issues she made me feel heard and validated. There was transparency throughout the process of buying our new home. Every word promised was kept from the builder to the lender. As with any home buying experience, it can be very stressful and the KB team was extremely patient and understanding. I had some initial issues with the first lender representative they paired me with. They quickly assigned me another agent that was able to thoroughly answer my questions and address all my concerns. Juan was exceptional. I am an over thinker and I’m sure I drove him insane, but he remained respectful and professional explaining in detail certain loan details that I did not understand. The craftsmendship is the best I’ve seen. I shopped around and looked at other builders final home builds, and KBs quality surpassed all others. KBs customer service after purchase is amazing as well. I’ve had no issues reporting small issues and getting the issues resolved within a day or two. They are prompt and the reps they send out are friendly and professional. As with any builder, they have a lot of homes to get through so There’s always room for improvement with the quality of work being done on the homes. The finishing on the brand new tubs they installed were cracked in multiple places. The finish appeared scratched and scuffed. They have someone coming out to refinish the tub, but it’s still a place for initial improvement. The carpet was lifting and nails or staples were poking our feet when we moved in. Again, KB remediated the issue quickly, but the over all quality of the carpet/vinyl flooring install wasn’t the greatest. I had to scrape paint off the vinyl flooring and the base boards were poor quality. They had tons of dents and bumps. But I’m sure the average person wouldn’t have noticed. Very nice and cozy house

We have nothing but positive comments! The responsiveness and support from Glenn and team have been outstanding. Every question, every issue/concern have been taken care of in a very timely manner. I would recommend KB homes here in Texas to anyone of our friends or family who relocate like we did!

As first time homebuyers, KB made the process really seamless. If any questions arose whether it be with construction or loans, we had great responses to make sure we understood what was happening and the reasoning. We also really loved all the choices available in the design studio, a way to make our home feel custom to what we wanted as opposed to a “cookie cutter” feel. I would definitely recommend KB fo other homebuyers. We love our KB home!!
