This is our First home buying experience and I can say from beginning to end it was Amazing! Our fist experience was with Linda at saddlebrook and she was A+ with being courteous, knowledgeable, just an all around great person. Then we had the opportunity to meet Steve and he was fun and knowledgeable as well. My Loan officer and processor My Ty & Vanessa were great! They crunched all the numbers and had it done in time for dinner. Our Constructing Manager Paul played no games to make sure our home was in top shape for closing. Great team starting with the Senior Project Manager, the sales rep, the loan processor and the loan officer. All were great and constantly making sure things were flowing as they should be. Will definitely go through them if I’m ever in search of a home again. Love my new home!

KB is Great! Words to the wise: 1) Get your own inspector because KB’s sucks and you will be just stuck. 2) Ensure that your house is 100% complete before buying. They will try to pressure you to close before task are done but once you buy they drag their feet and projects WONT get fully completed. 3) Get the integrated water system. Those of us who have to spend 3 hours watering a day are really regretting our lives 4) Ensure that you get the exact color codes for paint through Sherwin Williams. Just trust me you’ll need it.

This is the second home we have purchased in Spring Mountain Ranch within the last seven years. That in itself is proof that we love it here. Needless to say, the KB Team is responsible for much of that. Each Team Member goes above and beyond to welcome, inform, respond/service each client individually in an extremely prompt and caring manner. Kelly in the sales office, Vivian with KB Loans and Rick on Construction Team are absolutely amazing!

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. We love our new home!
