Really bad experiences. Once they get their reviews you never gonna see them

Great experience with the builder! His level of professionalism was nothing but amazing! He was very upfront and telling. On the loan process side of things was not so great!

Although the overall experience of purchasing our first home with KB homes has been pretty good dealing with sales agents and the loan officers, after move in, we have come to realize the quality of work is not great. We have had issues (mainly cosmetic) , but also issues with insulation, a dented stove upon move in, and some plumbing issues. We have been told countless times that contractors were coming out on a certain date and time to fix these issues, and after moving things around to ensure we’re home, no one has come. Hoping to get these resolved soon as it has now been over a month. Hoping that KB can hire more quality contractors in the future as they are not making the brand look good compared to other builders in the valley. ... More

Pretty much a basic home buying experience. Home designs are good, but the design center has limited choices. Main problem was with KB's lender if choice. They were VERY pushy and cockt, assuming that we would use them and not shop around. They requested unnecessary information for pre-qualification, and were unwilling to provide a secure channel for sending information - the initial loan officer suggested we send confidential financial information to her personal email account. Highly unprofessional. Many other lenders out there with MUCH better customer service.

Buying a home from KB was a developmental milestone that I found rewarding.

KBhome can build your dream home even not the top builder but they can do their best. They may improve the service that make you feel your spending value forever. Their finance advisor is excellent.

My experience, beginning with Cecilio in sales, was wonderful! Cecilio was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Mark, my KB loan officer, and his team, provided me very good information regarding the loan process and what to expect and when. This provided me the opportunity to make decisions that were in my best interests. Chad, the construction supervisor, was also extremely helpful. He oriented me to my new home and clearly communicated information about the different systems and how to correctly use them. He returned my phone calls very promptly. He encouraged questions and made himself available if I needed specific information. In summary, the KB Homebuying experience was one that I trusted, felt my interests were taken seriously and a process that provided me good, clear information that translated into a smooth transition from signing the contract to the final closing, to moving into my new KB Home. Great experience! Process was easy and the home buying experience was seamless.

Nice build no problems

Was expecting a better built home, the quality on overall house is a 6.8/10. Later noticed cooked walls and trims. The walls had patches where it didn't have semi gloss paint. The driveway is crooked, some areas needed cracks to be filled. The doors to the garage doesn't fully close. The area where my security system is supposed to be had time so HomePro has to find where else to put it.

The sales team and design studio were wonderful to deal with. The construction team/superintendent, as well as the warranty team have been less than ideal to work with. The communication from both of those teams is lacking, and we have a hard time gettina a response from either of them. We've submitted warranty claims and claims regrding non-disclosed active wells on our property, and for several weeks, nobody has done anything about it.

Working with the sales team at Liberty Station was so convenient because they were always available for all my questions and concerns.

We need a four wheel drive to get into the house for the driveway is to deep. Jesse was very good.

We had a great experience building with KB. The process was explained to us thoroughly by the sales rep and we were able to get everything we wanted in our budget from the design studio. The building process went faster than expected and our project manager kept us updated weekly. I would definitely recommend building with KB!

Lot of surveys but really nice people that will keep you informed and taken care of.

The salesman was excellent, but I'm having too many issues with the house and having difficulty getting them resolved.

We had a good experience with KB homes You get a nice home for the money spent and the KB team members are very attentive and supportive.
