We were able to watch the progress of our home being built from dirt to to move in! We felt welcome to visit on Sundays (so as not to get in the way of the workers). We were emailed progress reports with pictures and updates about the next work to be done. We have been in our home now for two and a half months and have had minimal issues. But, when we have come across any problem, it was corrected very quickly. Highly recommended!

I had some follow up items after the initial hand over which is typical with a new home build. Doug, the construction supervisor and Martin Coday have been superb. They have been very receptive and have taken care of all of the outstanding items. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.

Christina always worked so passionately to make sure her customers get the best experience and insight. She is one of the best in her field! We loved working with Christina! So glad to leave a great feedback as she deserves.

KB Home performed a walk through with me. They answered all my questions, would walk by to ensure that everything met satisfaction. Overall, everyone was helpful.

Great customer service and professional support

Buying a home in Los Angeles is no easy job. KB Homes laid down the process in easy steps. Just follow the process if you like the house and want to really buy it. They will help you along the way. Customer service is top notch and they take care of you post closing as well.

Both Luis and Joseph have been very responsive to issues, they return calls & text immediately and are quick to resolve them. Very happy with their support throughout the whole process.

It was a very good experience to buy home with KB. In spite of Covid the delay was minimal. So far happy with service to handle problems.

Our home took about a year to build, but not to the fault of KB Homes, the pandemic, supply issues played a big part in the delay. But the KB team of Bob (Sales) and Brandon (Superintendent) kept in touch with us the whole way through. Bob stayed on top of everything, making sure we where informed on the process of the build for the whole year, and worked tirelessly, get get us into the community especially in a very high buying market. Brandon was superb, in making sure our house was to our liking and worked day and night to make our house a home. He addresed all deficiencies we noticed, and fixed them in a timely manner, Brandon still works hard even now. There are different teams involved and guided us all the way. The KB mortgage, the weekly update of the construction, overall, their communication is superb. Can't thank you enough.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Of course you run into issues, but everyone was on top of things.

Amazing experience from start to finish. It was a bit discouraging at first trying to get a lot from the lot lotto. Just don't give up, it will happen. My salesperson Jen was amazing and super helpful and my superintendent Noland was there anytime I needed something. He was also amazing. The design studio experience was super fun getting to pick out all the finishes. I went a bit crazy with the upgrades but it was well worth it. Gives it more of a custom built feel Highly recommend KB and absolutely love my new home
