It was wonderful experience throw out overall process. Jeneal is very nice lady as sale person. Mortgage person May Ann was very nice and keep updating every steps. Bashar as construction manager went through every step explaining very well and clearing all doubts during orientation.

KB homes builds a great home no issues. The only complaint is that I would like paint to touch up the walls. I love our dream home. I'm so happy that we went through KB homes.

Loved the design studios and the updates as the house was being built. Jon was awesome through the whole thing

Nice coordination and good quality

As a first time homebuyer I thought buying new would keep me from having to fix things. That has not been the case. I have a garage that gets wet when it rains, dinged and scratched “upgraded cabinets” that were “fixed” instead of being replaced, the siding in my entryway looks horrible, a chunk of concrete missing from entry way, scratches on most doors throughout the house, hollow sections of the flooring, nicked bathtub, missed grout spots on bathrooms, nails sticking out the trim, paint on door hinges throughout the house, scratches on sliding door, the garage floor is cracking, etc. So far, the people that have come out to fix some of these issues just patch things up and sometimes end up looking the same. ... KB is a phenomenal builder. I highly would recommend this builder to anyone. The construction superintendent is AWESOME. He is did a phenomenal work on the houses. He is trustworthy, honest and very respectful. The superintendent, sales representative and loan officer contacted us once or twice everyweek on updated issues.

Comprehensive, Cooperative, Insightful, Supportive, Productive

The builder had been great during the process. The staff are wonderful especially the site Engineer. He is such a great guy.

Dishwasher, Microwave and Refrigerator had issues. Dishwasher and Refrigerator was serviced once. Microwave has been serviced by the Builder and then the homebuyer 2 times!!! Horrible. Brand new home and all three appliances had to be serviced? Microwave 3 times??? Bad experience. Will not recommend to family or friends.

Had a great experience working with KB homes. Communication and Service was excellent.

The quality of the house looks like it's not brand new it look like it's 5 years old with alot of problems need to be fixed because of rush work on the house. The house cost too much money to have too many problems.

I wouldn’t blame KB Homes for some of the issues we’ve had, or any of the managers doing everything we can to make sure we are satisfied. It’s more so the vendors and their workmanship needs a lot of work. Even when you make the warranty claim, they will do everything they can to explain that is how it’s suppose to be. That’s the targeted area of work needed. Overall 5 stars

KB was terrific from start to finish on the whole process. They are upfront and clear on providing information as well as explaining points if you don't understand.

The experience with the new home has been amazing from meeting with Jen to Noland with the build. Everything turned out amazing and they were so helpful. When things needed fixed they were done quickly and efficiently

KB Homes builds the houses their way even after providing upgrade options. They replace the displayed material with cheaper material for cost savings. They do not care to fix that even upon customer's request. As you are locked in contract, you become liability.

Home buying and sales office experience great. Seemed like they had a floor plan for any situation. Walkthrough/closing/key handover process is a bit confusing and not cool device to homebuyer. Blue tape from walkthrough removed even though items weren’t fixed.

KB home is a wonderful builder who provides their services even after the delivery if required.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The crew at KB were unquestionably helpful and assiduous in the care and creation of their product, as well as their outstanding customer service which is superior to most companies of any stripe. The foreman and his assistant are very attentive to their customers needs and to the needs of the home. They carry themselves with a gravitas that supports their professional care and attention to their customers. I’m very impressed with Tommy and Efron. They are stand up guys. The negatives in our experience were pretty minimal. Although we had numerous delays in the timeline of the home’s completion but it was fairly innocuous and the fault was not KB’s; allegedly they had manpower issues during the plumbing phase of the build. Additionally, there seemed to be a disconnect with information disclosure regarding the closing/move in date. We struggled with obtaining an accurate close date from their office. However, this was annulled by the fact that they were able to get us closed and into our home a week before the projected close date. We were one of the first families to move in on our end of the block! So, the outcome was very positive. Overall our experience with KB has been positive. Great customer service and fast response times.

We enjoyed our home buying experience with KB Home in Tucson! The entire KB Home team was with us every step of the way and made the experience smooth and enjoyable!

We had to wait an additional 5 months due to PG&E transformer. Then when the transformer showed up, no one was on site to direct PG&E on which home to install the electric meter. So the first 10 home that were completed ended up being one of the last home getting moved in due to meters were installed to homes that recently got built. But “Upper” management didn’t think it was necessary to provide any additional compensation because they didn’t want to show any “favoritism”. But yet, home buyer that only waiting 3-4 months got to moved in first in reverse order. Fully inspect your home during your final walk before move in. Plenty of mistak/short cut that needed to be addressed. 1. Corner of the walls have crack due to “settlement”, (address this before the customer sees it then). 2. “Upgraded” kitchen sink had a manufacturing defect, they tried to cover it up with paint….now they have to rip the entire counter top to replace the sink and I how to wait 10 days without being able to use my kitchen sink for a family of 6… 3. Inspect all area that should receive caulk, they missed plenty of area. 4. Garage door belt was tighten so tight that the motor was thinking that something was hitting the door every other time we tried closing the garage door. I had to adjust myself. 5.restroom came equipped with “humidity exhaust fan” that doesn’t turn on when the restroom has 100% humidity. Smh ... More

It is first time purchasing a newly built home and we are so pleased! Even though we purchased a quick move in home, floor plan and builder selected options were just perfect for our family.
