Every single step of the process has been great. We're so happy with our home. My favorite part was working with the design studio to personalize our home the way we wanted it. Our experience was rocky at first, partly because we had so many bad experiences before KB. We had shaky expectations to purchasing a new construction home. The entire process was not easy but well worth it. No home is come with 100 percent accuracy, it is very important having good customer care service after we moving to the home to settle minor or major issues and KB home has it , really very good customer service my issues are resolving very quickly with 100 percent accuracy.

We recently bought a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with KB Homes at Orchard Park. Great experience. The builders Ty and Derrick regularly provided construction updates with pics. Appreciate them for that and for taking care of few minor fixes that we noticed post closing.
