We recently bought a home in a new KB Home community. We had never bought new construction before and it was an experience. We were downsizing and the process took much longer than expected as new wells had to be dug, approved and put on line. The design studio experience was enjoyable, picking our fixtures, cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. gave us some choices to customize our home. The different staff members we dealt with were mostly attentive to our needs. There were many minor things that needed attention, but I guess that happens with new construction. nice touch up clean work

Everyone at KB Home from our sales rep to the maintenance guys have been great. They are very friendly and responsive. We had a short list of minor things that needed fixing when we moved in and they got right on it. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. Our home is beautiful and energy efficient. Haven't turned the air conditioning on yet.

It has been a nightmare starting with the closing that took 5 hours at no fault of my own- to a pipe leaking in the wall a week after I closed.

The beginning stages of the process were fine. The building process was a nightmare due mainly to well issues. We love our home though!

Everyone was very communicative. We were treated very well. The house is very beautiful. Although I wish they took care of some of the wood work a little better (baseboards and doors). Some came chipped or damaged. But the maintenance team is good too. Great experience

Taking care immediately when needed

I had a pleasant experience working with KB Homes for East Village community in Manor. My Sales counselor, construction manager and the loan officer were all helpful, which was good to have as a first time homeowner. Will highly recommend KB Homes!

Great community like how it looks

Overall process was great. The quality of product use for the home is lacking. Low quality materials. The build looks good. Not happy that we had to lease the solar panel as opposed to purchasing it cause we were told that we were able to purchase.

Very easy and everyone is very helpful

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I did a few upgrades after closing which for the price of the home should have been included since I bought their highest priced house.

Amazing home but the financing team almost let me lose my home at the very last second. They denied me after sending an email stating I was approved and ready to close. Nearly cost me tens of thousands of dollars and my dream home.
