WE HAVE BAD EXPERIANCE WITH KB HOME FINANCE AND STUDIO .WE MISS A LOT THING BECUASE OF THE STUDIO AND WE WASTE OUR TIME WITH THEIR FINANCE IS NOT APPROVED WITH THEM FOR 7 MONTHS AND THEN I WENT WITH ANTHER LENDER APPROVED WITHIN 20 DAYS .THE SALES MAN IS GREAT HIS NAME IS BRANDEN AND THE SUPER ATTENDENT LORENZO ,BOTH ARE VERY HELPFULL .

My wife and I are beyond happy that we chose to go with KB Homes for our new construction purchase. The KB representatives have all been a pleasure to work with. The home is thoughtfully designed and well constructed. We have been included in every major update and step in the build process. I would buy from KB Homes again.

We had a good experience with KB homes team starting from sales representatives to customer support team. Quality of the construction is good. Models and time for completion everything is good. Need to improve little bit in workmanship and more designs (upgrades) availability. Expected little more explanation about warranty and facilities in home while final orientation.

The home was ready on time as promised

There are a ton of things with a new home. There were a few minor issues with our new home from KB, the professional people from KB such as Erin, Allen, and Flor demonstrated their expertise and dedication to resolving any concerns.

Price, options, and the builder Adrian was the best part of the process, we didn't have to chase him for answers, dates, etc. and he even helped reach out on our behalf for the closing date and time since the seller and the loan officer were not responding and assisted changing those times when the original times were not approved or even discussed with us. Hope y'all keep Adrian and give him a raise for sure. The loan officer, seller, and closing were all a pain. Loan officer and seller never reached out and we had to chase them for any answers we needed for months, it got so bad I rather just contact Adrian (the builder) and have him help me with any questions I had about anything than chase the other 2. At the closing they told us it would take an hour but due to our papers being incorrect (names and address on multiple papers) we had to stay for 3+ hours. ... More

Record all conversations and take pictures/videos of all stages of construction. Do not close and give them your money until everything is fully completed, including touch ups, repairs and replacements.

Everyone in the KB food chain has been exceptionally professional and forthcoming in all regards to processes, workmanship, promptness and overall courteousness. We are over the moon on how well you all have been with us. JOB WELL DONE!!

The quality of the finishings in the house is quite poor! The interior walls are of very poor quality, and the backsplash finishes are of very low quality!

The home buying process was easy and amazing. Everything was completed on time as what was projected. Our team was amazing! Kamara was amazing and still working hard. Bret was amazing with our VA loan. Javier had great taste and made the studio shopping amazing and fun, and Jesse has done amazing making sure our home is in great shape as a new home should be.

The customer service after the purchase of the home and moving in, has been wonderful. Alan, Flor and Troy have been great to work with.!!!

Buying a home in Olive Brook went somewhat smoothly. A little bumpy, like taking longer than expected to close. Also having KB management walk the home for quality? Missed a few items, like chipped doors, leaking T on the hot water pen in ceiling, bad breakers for kitchen, faulty wired three way switch, wrong color used to fix broken corner on shower tub, missing stucco under window ledge, broken roof tiles and living room bedroom lights and plugs all of them on one breaker. Other than that smooth.

Our home was completed ahead of schedule. Sales personnel were helpful during the process. The construction supervisors, were responsive to concerns during and after construction, and communication with them was very good. They have a challenging job, as the skill-of-the-craft is not what it used to be within the trades, so followup issues kept them quite busy.

I am pleased with their after sales customer service but not too much with the sales agent. She was a little inexperienced and unprofessional from time to time.

Construction manager and warranty manager did a great job solving problems.

This was our first experience with KB and we couldn’t be happier. The floor plan we wanted was being discontinued but luckily our sales rep Rey was able to find it in a couple of communities. He was extremely patient, met us at several communities and also sent pictures/videos of the homes. It’s a big decision to pick a builder and having someone like Rey as the first person you deal with was great. We looked at 4 models and decided on the one that best suited our needs. We then moved on to the purchasing portion with KB. From the time we decided on a home to closing was about 30 days. We were extremely satisfied with Jared and his assistance with the process and his following up with us. Of course there were items that needed to be addressed from our private inspector and from our walk through. Tommy was phenomenal with following up and addressing each deficiency. He was always quick to respond and had a lot of patience. I know he has a lot of responsibilities, but he always found time to answer questions and make us feel like valued customers. He is a great asset to the company. Overall, everyone that we dealt with at KB in San Antonio has been great. I would recommend the people that we worked with to anyone looking for a home in San Antonio. We were so satisfied with the experience, my in-laws are now buying from KB as well. ... More

From start to finish, everything was excellent. Since I don’t live in Vegas, I especially appreciate the weekly update. Thank you so much for job well done.

The overall buying experience was good, sales, loan agents are amazing but the customer service doesn'y respond well amd at times are agressive when can't find their own community in their list to initiate a service request. Quote unquote by service guys 'Know your community name first and then call for service request' I am very well aware of my communuty name I am a new home owner. They cant find their own builder's community and be very rude.

Tyler has been amazing! He has walked me through the entire process and still helps me when I have questions till this day! I’m very thankful for everyone on the KB Home team.
