Very good service and quality homes with energy savings facilities and community

KB Home is a family oriented company, if you want spaciousness, comfort, reliability and a place your family can call a home. Great company great customer service.

The overall experience is good. Finance department felt shady. Upgrades were extremely costly. Real Estate agents were genuine. Second foreman was genuine and talented. First foreman was terrible. The subcontractors were hit or miss. The laborers need training. I can still see the seems on the ceiling through the knockdown, random patches and uneven corners that you don't notice in a walk through because the bigger things catch your eye. There's actually quite a list, but too long to type. It could have been worse. I've heard nightmare stories with other companies. My experience wasn't bad, just not perfect. Great builder! Fantastic experience. Very friendly staff.

Salesperson Tim was great to work with and he communicated well. Construction supervisor Kaisee was always on top of things and also communicated well. Customer service director Greg did a great job explaining how things in my new home work and was willing to go over and above to help with any issues. I withheld one star because of numerous delays. Overall though, it has been a great experience!

Ask questions! Our home buying experience was less than stellar! 8 months of construction turned into 14 months!

As a first-time buyer, we were very intimidated by the process of buying a new home. The KB team was extremely helpful and helped us navigate this very complex process from start to end. They held our hand to the end zone. They answered all our questions and addressed the concerns we had. Shout out to Matt, and his team, Susan her team, Kris her team and all the customer service team!!!!

Overall, we had a decent experience. My husband is a contractor and can confirm the majority of the workmanship and materials is excellent. We did experience issues with shortcuts being taken on finish work and it is my advice to be VERY involved, take LOTS of pictures and communicate concerns in writing the minute they occur. I do wish we had insisted on power to the home for the final walk through - we could have avoided things like appliances not working correctly and outlets that were not connected. The design studio is fabulous! BUT - know your prices - there are things they offer (e.g. front door lock upgrades) that are inflated 300% - those things you can save $ and do yourself. Also - read everything - and I mean everything very carefully - we had to send back our design plan 4 times for corrections. The communication of the entire team - ALL people we interacted with throughout the buuying process was stellar! The sales team, job supt., finance dept, etc. all made sure we knew what to do. The fact is - with a new build there WILL be issues - count on it and know this. The key is to stay on top of post closing communication. I have learned that clear, kind and consistent communication and accountability helps get issues resolved. I do wish they were available for warranty work on weekends - we have had to miss a ton of work to deal with post closing issues. Plan accordingly. Overall - we would definitely work with KB homes again - I have family and friends who also had very good situations and experiences. As a first time home buyer , I went into this homeowner journey without a realtor and KB guided me all the way through. The staff in each department addressed all my concerns and thoroughly explained every step of the process. Thanks to the staff I feel confident and and very happy about the decision I made to purchase with KB.

Sales consultant Kelly was fabulous, always kept me up to date.. Daniel the construction supervisor was great to work with, very responsive and kept me up to date with weekly notifications..

Overall experience was still great despite some delays which in most part due to factors which the builder have little control of.

We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

This was my fifth home I have bought. KB was hands-down the best experience I’ve had from beginning to the end, I want to think everyone involved for making things so easy.

I love the community ! The whole process was so smooth didnt have no issues with the builder and the constructions manager. If I had something I didn't like they will come fix asap very good communications with the whole team ! Love it !!

We bought a nice home in a nice neighbor hood at a fair price with a great interest rate for the time we bought it.
