Freddy the superintendent handle all my questions and concerns. During the final walk he made sure everything was perfect for me.

Jeff was great to work with. He was very thorough throughout the entire process especially on the final walk through. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and we still are able to contact him for issues months after we moved in.

The whole experience was excellent. You have an outstanding crew working for you from Rod, Ed and everyone else. I would recommend your company to everyone. KB homes compared to other homes in the Ontario Ranch area have large lots and spacious interior floor plans. The home has smart features and makes for comfortable living. Karen, the sales consultant, was experienced, informed, and very patient. She responded quickly to all of my concerns and needs. With the help from Karen, my realtor's assistance, my lender, and the title company, I am now a home owner! Thank you for making an affordable and spacious home built to last.

This is a beautiful community of townhomes and homes. Amber, in sales, and Eric, the super, are both very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the design of the neighborhood, exterior and especially the interior of the home are well thought out. So many features and energy efficient too. I moved in over a month ago and I'm just as pleased today as I was the day I moved in. Definitely proud to own a KB Home.

An overall great home buying experience.

Everyone was awesome, very helpful and very trustworthy.

KB homes did an amazing job in ensuring we got everything we wanted and still closed in a timely fashion with COVID-19. My spouse was on leave during the lockdown, and Rich was able to work with us and manage a timely close date. They bent over backwards to provide what we needed and overcome the many obstacles during the lockdown.

Overall, I have had a good experience. Everyone has been/still is very helpful and accommodating. I like that KB provides so many options for your home. Garret is great to work with and Troy has been very helpful in helping get issues addressed, If anything, I think a "new home buyer" experience of some type at the Design Center would be helpful. As a new home buyer, I was a bit overwhelmed with the process. Having said that, everyone was very helpful!

Our experience w/ KB has been exceptional from the standpoint of sale office presentation and customer appreciation. Our observation and recommendations during the loan process would be to incorporate a client checklist, w/ quality assurance check-points to evaluate how the customers needs are being met from loan documentation request, to escrow signing. Please build in more lead time into the collection of documents for closing, and continuous feedback from loan processors.

The KB team and builder have been pleasant to work with. Karen & Ray have been very attentive and helpful, which we have appreciated. Only somewhat difficult part was the home loan side/department.

Great experience with the buying process as well as great home.
