From the beginning to the end of our buying experience it has been pretty straightforward. No back and forth and great response time. Even at closing we were aloud an additional walkthrough to ensure all our issue had been fixed and given extended time after close to raise any other issues that may have risen after move in. The warranty team is amazing. My only issue would be that they have multiple times sent workers to fix said issues that don't speak English and struggles to explain the problem, I would suggest to send an interpreter or someone who speaks English to at least monitor and get the job started upon initial contact with the customer. Our experience with the builder's team was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. They delivered on what they promised and kept us informed every step of the way. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they responded promptly and worked to resolve them in a timely manner. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and support.

The builders were great. They weekly communicated valued progress of the house and met projected completions at each stage. The communication was very much appreciated. After completion of the house they reviewed the house features and suggested upkeep. They were readily available for questions and concerns, with quick turnaround responses. I honestly am very very pleased with the entire process.

The customer service received from the sales, studio, loan officer, builder managers and Home warranty staff.

Our home was built with quality materials. All team members were outstanding in what they do.

When we started shopping, the community was very appealing. The homes were laid out carefully with wide interconnecting roads and beautiful landscapes. When we walked around the community, the homes had good finishes, and the interior designs were among the best we had seen compared to other builders. From the moment we signed the purchase contract to closing, the various departments were professional and on hand to answer our questions. The entire process was hassle free.

It was an excellent service

While the buying experience was great, the sales representative was phenomenal. The design center was great, and the job supervisor was easy to work with, one part of the KB experience stood out. That was the inflexibility of KB. Once you had locked in the house, even months prior to permits, being pulled, there was no flexibility in any changes. Early on, my wife and I decided we wanted to change our flooring from carpets in the bedrooms to the same laminate we had placed through the rest of the house. This was before permits had even been pulled for the house. It was a simple interior materials exchange. This was denied. No rational explanation was given. The answer on any request KB during the build process was simply, sorry we won’t make any changes. Very frustrating when you’re more than willing to pay for the small changes that you were looking for. I was told repeatedly that I was building a “personalized home“ and the only chance I had to personalize it was during the design process. That itself is frustrating to someone who has built several homes. Other than that small thing, KB was great to work with and the end of product was a great value. From our salesman to the LO and our studio crew. Everything seems like yesterday. Our salesman had a lot of knowledge and after touring several builders, KB was our too choice.

Our home building experience with KB was smooth and enjoyable. We were able to use their design center to customize our home and it was built with quality and completed on time. Highly recommend KB to anyone seeking a positive home building experience.

The home is wonderful and an awesome value. The only issue ws the mortgage process, never been so felt raked over the coals, and we have very good credit. But the team got us through it, and we couldn't be happier!

Our sales rep Adrian was helpful, patient, enthusiastic, and communicative throughout the process. The folks at the design studio were welcoming and helped us make some great decisions. Our construction manager Josh was also very attentive and did a great job walking us through everything from start to finish. KB made the home buying/building process a lot less daunting than we thought it would be and we are very happy with our home.

Excellent Abel & Gil - Best pre and post production guys I've ever had and I've built 5 houses with Builders. These guys were the best. Abel had all details and status when we asked and even when we didnt. Gil has always been there for us, taking care of any issues, no matter how small they may seem. He works with our schedules and makes sure we are happy. What a great crew and company. Thank you KB.

Everyone we worked with seemed genuine and transparent. They answered every question/concern we had. Our home build quality is great. Had some minor cosmetic fixes, but they were addressed super quickly and precisely.
