From the moment I stepped into the sales office to look at the models I was met with great customer service. Lane was knowledgeable and had answers immediately for all my questions. He was consistently communicating with me every step of the way. Every person in the KB Home fields that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been informative and friendly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to look at KB Homes.

There was a rush for me to take possession of the home. The builder could have spent a couple more months. There are many that are not working properly - the walls "flake" very easily, Do was off kilter, water doesn't come out to some of taps, the kitchen faucet is already loose, the cable plus are in strange places....I was promised a fan for the KB Home design studio experience .... never happened....I would not buy another KB Home.

My entire process was from start to finish was remarkable. There was excellent communication from KBHomes to me from the initial purchase to my final move-in. The quality of this home is top notch especially when you factor in the great price I paid. All of my questions were answered promptly by all of the teams. With all of the options that you have to choose from, I would highly recommend KBHomes.

The experience was great. The builder was communicative and attentive to our needs.

I fell in love with my crew, from Michelle, Vicki, Scott, and the Construction manager, Gill. They all were and have been phenomenal. Every question answered with the quickness you'd expect from the world's best home builder. My first KB Home was built in 2001, and this one in 2023. I am so pleased with KB and their home designs. I wish everyone could own a KB Home.

After getting over a few hurdles, I would highly recommend KB homes to any future home owner. They have worked hard as a team to deliver good customer service and satisfaction. Ryan did an amazing job! He is professional, well balanced and he worked with me until the very end. You will not go wrong working with Ryan.. They all worked together to make it happen in a timely manner.

KB is the best around

Lack of attention to detail, so many irregularities one spots only after the fact I guess the excitement of getting a new house vails the blemishes initially truly disappointed with that fact.

I want to start off by saying Ryan has been trying his best during this time however I’m still extremely dissatisfied with the follow up with issues regarding the home itself. The buying process was not a problem, I am satisfied with that part of this process. Tyler has been absolutely abysmal with responding to issues that have been constantly happening, such as a light in my kitchen that has been left unscrewed since 2 days off buying this home. During the last week of the purchase I asked Ryan if I could get my private inspector to come in and check the home after the closing and he confirmed I could so I went ahead and did that and the inspector found things that need immediate immediate attention. The process was fairly easy, I have no complains as all my questions had been answered in a professional and timely manner!

Way too manny small issues with the home

The sales person jason & supervisor Ray are very nice in response to any issue.

Life happens and I had to sell my previous KB home (Kauffman & Broad back then) of almost 26 years. So now, the hunt for a new home began. I visited 3 other builders and found myself coming back to KB. Thenchoices and options outnumbered the competition and not to mention the quality of build. It's unfortunate the housing market was so hot that I overpaid for the size of house I purchased, however it was what it was. Ultimately I'm happy and hope that the rest of my neighborhood remains nice.

The sales team and construction team were always very helpful and patient throughout the process. They did the best they could. Post move in has been a somewhat difference experience. I am not getting any help from warranty on my breaker and range tripping. It’s not solely an appliance problem. The required GFCI breakers are not compatible with the basic range I purchased for my home. I think quality assurance fell through there. A propose solution would be to request a city ex emotion to change the breakers or provide us with ranges that are compatible with the breaker. I like KB Home a lot. Sales rep is responsive; design center offer is customizable. I understand the complications of construction, but I am not having a good experience recently. I closed my home at the end of Mar. the first week after closing, heavy rain came and my neighboring sites mud flooded to mine. 1/3 of my yard has been buried since then. I communicated with construction and warranty so many times, but it is early/mid Jun now, my yard is still buried. It is hard to move around the yard and the standing water raised tons of mosquitoes. I need this to be fixed ASAP, but I don’t know how. ... More
