I like my new house, but I cannot deny that it has a lot of paint and finish details, it has a problem in the bathroom plumbing which flows into the garage, they broke the wall and left it that way and they still haven't repaired it, I don't I can't and I don't have time to be calling and writing to the repair technician, the yard is old and damaged and still hasn't settled, compared to other new houses that have not yet been delivered, they glued the bathroom floor cover badly and it's peeling off , I need pest control, and many details that I still have no answer

If you are optimizing for the price, KB is the builder to go for. You get what you pay for. Usually, there are no high ceilings. Even gutters are not included in the base price. The finish will not be as great as other builders in the market.

I purchased my new home from KB homes. I was in a tight spot and needed a home rather quickly. This one was available so I bought it. The craftsmanship and materials used were not worth the price paid for the home. Honestly, I would never buy or recommend a KB built home again. Corners were cut, the quality of work was sacrificed, and the materials used were prioritized in order to maximize profits. I understand this and can’t blame them. No one forced me to buy this home. This isn’t a forever home. I needed a home and this was available. I only plan to stay here for 3 years while I save to move into a better, more desirable, home. The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

The KB finance people were great through the entire process. Kept in regular communication and answered all our questions. Build supervisor was also very responsive and did his best to answer our questions and resolve minor build issues when they arose.

In a couple of words - pretty good overall, recommend.

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

This is our first time buying a home, so we don't have much to go off of. Our experience could have been better. We did have a long delay on our house due to A/C ducting shortage. I do NOT recommend using their preferred lender. We did not know our actual close date till 3 days before. That was very stressful due to getting off of work last minute. Over all it was a stressful experience, but it could have been worse. On a good note Reggie and Rocky have been very responsive and helpful since we were introduced during the building process.

It was disappointing that there was water leaking in the walls after we closed. We had to live with holes in our walls for a couple weeks after that. We originally were given an upgraded oven because of backorder issues but the day of closing, a worker broke the glass so we had to be downgraded to what we originally going to get. Understandable but I wish we could have kept that upgraded model. Not all the holes were sealed and there was exposed wood that had to be dealt with after closing as well. We worked with some great people but wish we didn't have to go through all that trouble after closing. Zach was super responsive and we appreciated his help. ... More

Very easy process from start to finish.

it’s taking a 1 year to be done, i added outlet about 400$ in the garage and they didn’t tell me it’s already one there. Phillip and Daniel they’re great and very helpful.

I got a great deal with KB Home at the height of the market when all the other builders were taking advantage and over pricing their homes. I received a quality built home with strong support from the warranty team. I look forward to my next KB Home in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing/building our first home through KB. Through all the back orders and inventory shortages our contract manager did amazing. Very communicative, and was always a available to answer questions/concerns. We are so in love with our new home and would recommend KB to anyone.

The Sales Office was great, design studio experience was great. Everything was great until I moved in and I started noticing some not-too-great things. You need to keep following with them to have your issues fixed after closing. However, I like the fact that there are many avenues to report issues. Overall it’s a 4.5/5 for me.

Great service and help along my journey to new home ownership was great with these group on KB Team members! I truly appreciate all yall have done. Every time I have called them, they help in a timely and professional manner, and that goes a long way with me. Thank you all!!

Great growing neighborhood great location

Sales Process was amazing! Kimberly was so helpful and was always around for each step of our hole being built. The builders side of the experience was not the best. After we moved in we started to notice paint chipping outside of the home. The base boards aren’t straight. We felt a little rushed on our final walk, where it felt like we didn’t get to look closely at our home before closing and the builders would mention they would be around to assist if needed.
