KB Home was provide affordable price and they have nice people.

KB was great form start to finish, helped every step along the way and made sure the house was a built perfectly.

The entire process of purchase, move in, to after KB representatives were helpful and were willing to get us the best experience possible.

The house looks great! Everyone with KB Homes gave great customer service. Anything we noticed throughout the building process was corrected almost immediately. The whole process was very easy and the design studio was actually fun! Only one issue since moving in and it was taken care of the next morning. Couldnt be more impressed.

I came into this journey with low expectations and mainly buying for the value but left very Impressed with KB through the whole process

the communication involved was wonderful, every question/concern I had was handled very professionally and I was updated on the progress of my home at least once a week. Multiple people were involved in this process and it helped a lot! This is my first new build and I did not know what to expect but I have seen others get new builds elsewhere and it was far less stressful than they made it seem.

Our experience was incredible! We were walked through every step of the way and were amazed at the amount of open communication that the team displayed in order to best serve us in purchasing our first home! Tristan our builder, David our support, Stephanie our mortgage loan originator and Amie our sales rep worked together as one team in order to make sure we got the perfect home we wanted and are extremmely happy with our choice. Even to this day, Tristan and David call to see how we're doing and if we need any items to help with around the house. Pleased with purchase from start to finish.

The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would've been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. The support and communication from our sale representative and construction manager throughout the building process was phenomenal. And now that we've moved in and are enjoying our new home, we continue to be impressed with amazing customer service and support.
