My experience was wonderful with KB home I would 100% recommended to my friends and family, It would be a great company when they hired more Spanish speaking employees, just to understand each other with no confusing. Very happy with our new home.

We were promised to have closing done on September 17, 2021. As per that we sold our home in Florida. Then they moved the date to October 21st. We had to rent a home since we sold ours. All the furniture and stuff were put in a rented storage in Pflugerville. They moved the date again to October 27th. Then to November 4th. Then to November 12th. Finally happened on Nov 12th. You don't understand the financial burden we faced over renting a home and the storage. Driveway has a crack . Garage has concrete broken off in many areas. Hole in garage where sheet rock meet. Door bell was placed on the second floor which you don't hear downstairs. Toilets with cheap plastic flush handles which are very loose and you can't tighten them anymore. Also for the water pipe to come through the wall to the toilet tank has a big hole on the wall which cannot be covered with the rounded cover. Sliding door has a sliding screen and that was torn around its handle, they corrected it with silicon !!. Water problem in the back yard. If you walk, your boots (you need boots) will sink in the clay like mud about 4-5 inches. Irrigation / sprinkler guy said its not from the sprinklers and may be coming from underground all the way up from the golf course area. This is our 4th new home we built. Great and supporting selling professionals of an excellent property

The whole process was a great and easy experience

Kyle, Jerry, and Dusty are great. I received updates constantly and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Exceptional customer service.

Working with KB staff was great. Every person from sales, to studio, to construction was great. In fact, I had no complaints at all until we moved in. There are several cosmetic issues in our home which could/should have been taken care of before we closed but we were on our 7th closing date and just couldn't wait any longer. Annoying things like paint on the carpet to more significant things like large gaps between the siding and top of the windows which I've already had to address personally. We signed our contract in January and we closed on our house November 5th. Communication was a nightmare! I had to reach out to them to ask what the status was each week. Unfortunately, we were lied to about a lot of things including the corporate office/permit department dropping the ball on ordering our permit. Thankful for Russell, who got involved with us and helped smooth the process but I can’t say the same for the so strict job person Trevor who was responsible for communicating with us from the meadows. He had absolutely zero customer service skills. The biggest disappointment was the quality of work done on the walls with, texture and paint. Looks like my 6 year old did the work and it still looks horrible even after they sent some people out to apparently fix the issues. The overall quality of work was rushed and not done the way you would expect when you are paying over 300,000 for a house. Hopefully they will hire new people and not continue with the guys who were drinking on the job doing our tape and float, texture and paint work. Something definitely needs to change! Sales was rude, unresponsive and apathetic. The construction crew was not much better. There were several items that were not broken or not properly installed that they tried to hide as if I would not notice. The only positive was the finance team.

Building with KB was a greatly enjoyable experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful when it came to any questions I had. Through all the out of their control delays due to supply chain I was informed and kept up to date on everything.

The whole team at Piney Creek bend are way too get along with and always knew the information if we had questions, or they got the answers quickly. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and were always happy to help or answer any questions. Being our first home, I didn't know what to expect, but the horror stories I've heard from other builders seem outlandish given just how good this team has been. I have nothing but good things to say about KB and the team, I've even actively encouraged people to seek out KB neighborhoods for their homes, because I've had such a great experience! Great support from sales team but poor and slow support from construction, engineering and customer service during and post close.

I would just tell a new homeowner that is purchasing a home with KB is to take your time on the studio selections, ask questions, touch the items whether it's the toilet or the windows, did I say ask questions please do, and when u walked thru your house with the construction manager for your walk thru look for everything, I mean everything, bring a portable mirror to look behind the toilet if u have too, because once u are in your new home u will be surprised what you find!! But u will love the experience because u are about to be a homeowner from nothing to something.

KB Home was on point with customer satisfaction! From the moment I walked in to tour the model homes and even now after closing 2 months ago. KB Home still remains in touch, looking for ways to ensure I am satisfied or if I have any concerns.
