We had an absolutely incredible experience with KB homes. Great communication and response.

Overall it worked out great

We love our new home but the responsiveness to issues is tough, our warranty person never got back to us about a couple of items, i still don't even know how to enter things into the warranty.

The sales rep (justin), Construction Super (Hunter), and Greg were always super prompt in resolving any issues we would bring up.

Very poor work and show room experience sucked. Been lied too twice, rude manager

Given the Austin's crazy real estate market, KB did a good job with their pricing, as we had to wait 7 months for the delivery. They had good customer service and continuous updates, however, we had no possibility of changing anything in the house at all. The electric job was great. Lawns are terrible, seems like a tractor went through it and they didn't bother leveling it. Paint people are yet to make an appointment to fix the paint issues 2 months after closing. For the rest of the minor issues here and there their warranty team was awesome, they fixed it all very fast. I'd recommend them as long as you can select your Doors and make sure that the paint/woodmanship have been done properly. ... More

Everyone kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We loved customizing everything through the design studio. And even after we moved in, KB checked in with us often to make sure we were happy with everything.

First time homebuyers. We designed the most beautiful home at a reasonable price. The process was friendly and we were kept informed every step of the build process. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with craftmanship (brickwork and cabinets had a few issues). Overall, great experience.

Kb homes build very good quality but affordable homes. Very happy with my new home.

The staff is very responsive and very hands on about things. They will do their best to meet all your needs. Great sales consultants keeping you informed and up to date on progress!!!!

Overall experience was great with the sales rep Justin. From Day 1 he walked me through various steps in the home buying process, being a first time buyer I had no knowledge about. He kept me informed on any important milestones. Most important part is he guided me with various issues and concerns I had throughout the process. Justin had knowledge about every step in the process and without his help we would have never closed on our house. Also I had a great experience with kb home loans officer Elizabeth for helping me close my mortgage with KB.

This was a great experience.

This was my first home buying experience and I don’t regret a thing! Were there some hiccups throughout the process?……of course. But KB did an excellent job at keeping us informed about the status of the issue and, aside from the fact that every issue got resolved, knowing where things stand along the way means a lot to me. They were professional, respectful, and sincere. I didn’t know what to expect, but they understood that and kept me posted every step of the way so there wouldn’t be any surprises. If I get another home in the future, I’m going to check in with KB Homes, for sure!!

Great experience with the builder's employees throughout and after buying the home and getting settled in. One thing I've learned however, don't expect your home to be perfect from day one. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean you're not going to have problems. With any new construction neighborhood, they're trying to get your home up fast and this could potentially lead to bigger issues. Fortunately, KB representatives were extremely helpful and fast in resolving the issues.

For me it was 1st time home buying i didnt know one thing but the sales team , the loan processor the build the superintendent. Overall they made it smooth KB walked me thru every step. And communicating was key they let me know everything i needed and kb staff were great and made my experience very easy!
