For a first time home buyer we were pleasantly surprised by what we got for the price. We were looking at move in ready homes but they were older and either smaller or same size and similar price. The process in itself was an experience but got to see the transformation. All of the KB staff we worked with from start to end helped us every step of the way

Our sales representative (Kevin) was phenomenal. He kept us informed through the whole building process . Moving from another state , it was helpful to receive picuand updates. The design studio was a helpful experience and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I didn’t understand why two visits were necessary but after the first visit it was clear that a second visit would be as important. During the building process our project manager as well as our sales representative contacted us weekly to inform us of the progress. The communication was exceptional.. it was a relief to us to receive this communication since we were living in another state at the time. The builders in house mortgage company was helpful in walking us through the loan application and closing process. Even the title company was excellent. We closed at a very busy season for them, yet they were friendly and provided refreshments and made us feel comfortable. When we did our walk through before closing we noticed several items that needed to be touched up or repaired, the project manager (Ben) assured us they would do everything on our list to make it right. He kept his word. After moving in the warranty guy (Daniel) scheduled an appointment to go over warranties and address concerns. He was amazing. These guys delivered. ... More

I am very happy with the home. Except few minor issues, which already taken care or being taken care by KB Home, we are very pleased with the house.

It was a great experience buying a brand new home and working with the builder. Everything came out as the contract spelled out or better. No problems

For the most part everything went smooth. We found some minor things but it’s part of buying a new home. The responsiveness on these issues were great. Constant follow up was great as well. I always had someone to go to and I was heard

The team from start to finish was helpful in offering information and explanations as needed. Weather was the only time frame changer... and even then, from contract to close, there was only a few week delay... again due to weather. The team still continues to follow up with us, even 6 weeks after we moved in.
