We have been in our house for about two moths and so far we've had no issues. We're very satisfied with the support we've received when we had questions. They didn't just sell us the house and left.

I bought a house with KB Home in Willow Trace and I cannot be any more happier than my purchase. Right from the beginning, they have been nothing but wonderful in addressing all the issues and taking time in explaining every single detail to us. The house has come out wonderful and there has not been a single issue I am not happy about or hasnt been addressed. A very good community for money and locality

Love my brand new house. The layout is smart and open. The energy savings is wonderful. The location is the best. KB Home was there for me from beginning to end. The customer service is second to none. Thank you, KB Home!

The construction aspect was the worst part of the home buying, things were not properly done before handover George did not do a good job

This is our first home and it hasn’t felt like a joyful experience at all. Our yard was horrible. The sod laid was defective and dead and our yard was embarrassing. The yard is still it complete and we’re four months in. The driveway has holes and multiple marks, missing items still, paint marks, and uneven floors. The trades hired had poor workmanship and our home displays that. We’re honestly heartbroken and ready to sale. If you do build with KB in Texas please avoid the builder Gill, our first home is a disappointment. I had my ups and downs in my experience with KB.

The wall material is very cheap, any little bump and it scratches the paint off. Should use higher quality paint please. The rest of the house is good.

Working with KB but I wish I could say the same about KB Home loans and their underwriting process.

KBhome can build your dream home even not the top builder but they can do their best. They may improve the service that make you feel your spending value forever. Their finance advisor is excellent.

As my sales consultant John was always available and worked to find answers for the few questions he didn’t have answers for initially. He contacted me weekly with updates. Eric, the construction supervisor also contacted me weekly with updates and to review structural and mechanical amenities. All employees were always on time and very professional. Bret, my loan officer was also always available and extremely helpful . The follow up and detail in this company is amazing. Through each phase of construction I met new people. The sales experience with Severo and Jonathan was flawless. They both set the bar really high with the attention to detail and responsiveness. The construction portion matched the level of customer service set by Severo and Jonathan. Ray and Travis sent multiple updates a week and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There were multiple times we met up during construction to give me tours of progress and answer any questions. If there were any issues, they resolved them immediately. If I were to purchase another home I would request to work with these folks. However, I wouldn’t finance with KB unless there were good incentives and if I worked with Tanya. My original officer Jaimie, did not meet the expectations set but the rest of the process. No communication throughout the process unless I initiated the conversation but still took forever to respond if I even got a response. Did not educate me through the process so I felt I made poor decisions at the beginning. Didn’t explain things throughly. Towards the end of the process, Tanya took over and justified the wrongs. Highly recommend KB homes. Top 5 in services and lovely homes with reasonable pricing in the Texas areas

We love our home! It's extremely comfortable offers a great floorplan and is truly the best price per Sq Ft you can get in the Austin area. We would buy through KB Homes again. You do need to stay on their case about getting things fixed which can be frustrating at times, but ultimately they addressed all our concerns albeit not in the most timely manner.

The materials selection is important because the home buyer is able to choose what kind of product she needs. For example the the second bathtub in my home is cheap and small. It is difficult for any person to take a shower in that bathtub because it really small and uncomfortable.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that some walls have slight bulges or dips, which affects the overall appearance and makes it challenging to hang artwork or shelves. 2. Paint Issues: There are several paint-related problems throughout the house. I observed uneven paint application in certain areas, with visible brush strokes and inconsistent coverages. While the new home has its positive aspects, such as its overall design and layout, the presence of uneven walls, paint issues, and structural concerns is disappointing.
